Door Factory - Modern Interior Doors, Hollywood FL

I used them in the past for a couple of projects and were great for the price and responsiveness.
Unfortunately recently I had a really bad experience with them and that’s the reason of my review.
We placed an order with them for 6-7 doors, we paid the deposit. After months that door were supposed to be deliver and installed, nothing happened. We went personally to the factory and the doors were not there. We had to go with another company. On the top of that now I am asking for refund and the Owner is telling me that they need to sell my doors to give me the refund of the deposit.

Please be aware of those people before you placing an order

Some of the bad reviews below are probably from sad people with no life. Truth is, Anton and team lived up to my high expectations. Door Factory did 8 doors and a bifold for my townhouse and it all came out awesome.

From Sergei taking precise measurements to my exchanges with Anton who was always available (even on Sundays) and to Vladislav, Eugene who put enormous effort on the installation itself everything ended up on a high note.

I can't stress enough how thorough the installers were. Just what you want when installing European style, solid 1-3/4" doors. Pics speak for themselves.

Stay away if you need your doors. I have been getting the run around and delays every month. Placed order in June was told installation will take place in Sept.it’s now December and they still don’t have an answer after telling me several times in the last few months I will be the next install in the next two weeks. Sergio the owner is extremely rude and it’s no surprise his employees learn from him and treat customers the same way. At this point we will have to go through the courts to get resolved. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere.

Be prepared to wait a bit for the doors but worth the wait. Great product, great company, great service and great attitude. If you want doors that are a statement, doors that represent class and quality, these folks have the goods!

We love our doors from Door Factory! We had to wait a bit for them, but throughout the process, there was always transparency and communication with the staff. They always got back to us when we reached out and also got in touch with us to keep us apprised of the status. They have an excellent team! From the showroom, measurements, delivery, installation, and clean up, they were all very professional.

We ordered about 38 doors for the project in Colorado. Ran into some international shipping issues, but Anton and Sergey were there for us to solve it.
Anton helped through every step of the process, was able to”move his cards “ to fit our needs and we are really appreciative we got the product we needed!

I order 8 doors back in February I received it in August because of covid, the doors we’re different but I like it. Maria was kind to give me big discount for the mistake, but the best part was the installer he was so professional I really recommend door factory!

I would give them 0 if I could. I place an order back in March and it was supposed to arrived and be installed in June. The order did not arrived in June because xy excuse and was supposed to arrive in mid July. It didn't arrived. The excuse was that they had the container in the port and the were having problems to liberate the container. Then after another few weeks "the container was finally in their fabric" however; my order was not in that container and they realized that one day before they had promise installation. Their answer was that I had to wait for the next container to see if my order was there. The worst part is that they don't care. They told me that there is nothing thy can do. That I should order the doors somewhere else.

I just want to express my comments about Door Factory. As of quality of doors and installation I give 5 stars. As of lead time a give 4 start do to not anticipated delays. Overall happy with results.

After 4 months of giving half of the deposit to hold the door slab until today i still didnt have door ready to be picked up.
And we talking about 6 door only

If there was an option to give 0 Stars I would. We ordered our doors 1 year ago, they sent out people to measure at least 2 times (one of which was the owner) Sergey. When the doors arrived 1 year later, they were 3 inches shorter the they should be. There was a 4" gap from the floor to the bottom of the door. They took the doors back and stated they would fix it. This was 2 months ago. We attempted to contact Sergey who is very hands off and nonchalant. The kicker is that when they delivered the doors they demanded payment or they would not bring the doors in. Therefore we have paid for the doors and have no doors to show for it. Avoid this company at all costs. If you have to pay more for a reliable company. Please do.

We are having problem with the sound comming through our door, but after speaking with Maru, they are trying to come up with solution. We will update our review once problem is fixed.

I paid them over 30k for doors and some of the locks are not working. Tired to chase everyone period owner doesn’t care referred you to other people

They gave me some measurements to place a reinforcement on the wall so that I could install a door for the bathroom and the instructions were followed to the letter. Yesterday they came to install it and it was not possible because the measures were poorly taken or poorly explained and now they do not recognize it as their mistake and we have to break the wall again and at our expense.very disappointed and thought to do all the doors of the house with them and probably not now.

One door came defective and they promised to replace it with a new one. Instead, they sent me the same door four times installing and uninstalling it until the frame got cracked. In the end, they just dropped my call. So much for customer service: (Pictures speak better than words.yes, not charging me for something you are not able to fix would be a logical solution

I cannot say enough great things about door factory. They were extremely professional and did their job in a timely manner, from ordering all of my new construction home doors all the way through installation. Maru, Maria, Claudia and their an entire team were super helpful and knowledgeable with all the inns and outs of new construction. My doors came out amazing and everyone that’s come to visit my home, first comments are on my beautiful doors! Thank you Door Factory! ️ If I ever build another home I will be using them again.

They really know their business.
