Doral Eye Center

So sad to say this is the worst eye care center that I have being to, the doctor looks like she is in a rush, no explanation whatsoever on any procedure, I was going to be charged $85 on the spot of a contact lenses fitting that I wasn’t aware of, she refused to explain what was it for, Instead had the receptionist explaining, she has a bad attitude and has 0 manners to treat a patient. There was another lady before me and she also had a bad attitude with her in regards to the turn around time for her glasses. Definitely not recommending this place for anyone.

Excellent service. They verified my insurance was able to get treated right away. No waiting. The doctor was very nice and explained my eye infection in detail she prescribed me medication and will follow up with me next week. Great service.

AVOID BRINGING YOUR CHILDREN HERE. Rudest optometrist. Does NOT like children. So nasty, dry, and rude. Doesn’t even dress professional she looked like she was going to a gym. Took our two year old due to excessive blinking and he didn’t behave well so she decided to treat us bad, showed lack of empathy and emotion. Showed him a picture of a flower he didn’t know and he didn’t know the name (because he’s two years old!). She didn’t even bother changing the picture, she decided to just not do anything and send him eye drops for allergies. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL experience. This explains why she has early availability.

Update: no you don’t like children, so please stop making parents who love their kids take them to see you. If you liked kids, you’d be more considerate and have more sympathy for the child in distress. Secondly, no police has called me nor is the police legally able to call me and tell me to stop something based on your lie. If I were you, I’d highly consider another profession and stop assuming stuff and prescribing something without full examinations. We literally saw you for less than 5 minutes and you were nothing but rude. Obviously you just try to get people through the door for the money.

Horrible, disgusting customer service. Just look at how they reply to the negative reviews, stay far far away from this dirty place! What type of professional business treats customers this way? Dr. Espinoza is nothing but a joke; she got her degree out of a cereal box.

I’ve been going to Dr. Espinoza‘s office for about 3 years now and leaving the place always has you feeling in a good mood. She’s very lovely to speak with and she will take care of your needs and making sure they’re all met. Apart from having a smooth appointment for your eye check ups you get to have a one on one with her. For sure recommended, because i’ll be going back.

STAY AWAY -Terrible customer service, I called to ask the price of a contact lens, and said I was looking for a good price. The woman who is the manager interrupted me, and said that if I wanted a good price, I should go to Walmart. He didn't let one finish talking.this manager a woman was very rude.she was a complete idiot. -10 STARS FOR THIS PLACE.

Espinoza is incredible. I’ve been coming here since i was about 8 and i am now 23. Not only has she taken great care of my eyes, but also she is lovely to speak with at every appointment. It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient while providing such an amazing quality of medical care. I highly recommend becoming her patient!

I dont recommend Doral Eye Center they have horrible office management skills the manager that is the doctor aswell Dra Espinosa is very rude and doesnt let you talk, hysterical all the time and scares away patients
