One of the main reasons we keep coming to Doral Genesis is its people. We are very thankful to Nicole on the Service area. She’s always extremely helpful every time we need it. Kudos to you!

Worst service Ever!
I went into the dealership for a simple oil change. Dropped off the car at around 8am. After 5pm, still have not gotten a call to pickup my car. I keep calling the service department since 3: 30pm and no one picks up the phone. I eventually try calling sales dept and each time someone picks up they transfer me to an extension where no one picks up (so frustrating). Finally, I was able to speak with a sales rep and he was able to get my service advisor to get in touch with me, which he text me. Not even the decency to call me. I chose this dealership hoping to get better service - the last dealership (Kendall) crashed my car when I took it in for oil change so I refused to go there. I guess I won’t be coming back to this one.

A simple phone call to the service dept will tell you the whole story. Had a valet service appointment, which I called to confirm, and they never showed up. Called 4-5 times, left messages, no one ever called back or answered my call. Called Kendall Genesis and had some one pick up and schedule me in less than 3 minutes. Will never buy a car or service my car at Doral Genesis again.

So I went for service, and I got a service package that costed a total of $700 and change. No big deal, but the problem was I asked the advisor to check on a smell/leak that keeps coming from the manifold area, and they never did. Yet, I came back the following day because I heard a noise underneath my car that wasn't there, and we took it out for a spin with the advisor and shop manager, and they both heard it and they helped me out with that. So, again the smell/leak still not checked and I keep on telling them about this, and I was supposed to get called back, nothing. I have left voicemails and it's always at the voicemail of Nicole Ramos, no idea if she works there, but that's the ext I guess they decide to just send you to if they dont' want to hear from. Here I am, waiting for at least a call or an email or something, and nothing. It's probably a warranty issue, but no one makes the effort to call back. Anyways, I'm not saying to not go here, all I'm saying is that this was my experience.

Getting our GV70 was a phenomenal experince, had to take it back because the sunroof was making a weird grinding noise. The car has been at the dealer for 2 months now, and I drove it for about one and a half weeks. LOL.

I had to call my service advisor multiple times to even get an update, her response was always, the part is in back order and we dont have an ETA. Thats understandable, specially for a new car. So I ask her to prepare the car and make sure that I can pick it up and I will return once the part is in. Two weeks pass by and she gives me no update, I decide to call this week and her phone goes straight to voicemail, I tried at different times throughout the day and still the same. At this point I call the dealer directly and I am told by one of her colleagues that she no longer works there, so I decide to show up and pick up the car, I tell the advisor my experience and he tells me that she is on maternity leave. I ask for the vehicle and he tells me that there is no record of the car being ready and that the manager is the only person who can help me with this since my service advisor Nicole turned all the tickets over for him to oversee while she is gone. I have called over 20 times today to speak to the service manager, and every time someone else gives me the run around and tells me that they will transfer me but no one picks up. Now not only do I not know whats going on with the car, but I have no communication at all, since not one of the service advisors seems to know anything about my account.

What had once been a phenomenal experience, has turned into a complete disaster.

Humberto in service is extremely rude and should be retrained to handle customers in a more professional manner. Employees like that are the worst. Extremely disappointing.

The absolute worst service I have ever experienced. It makes me regret getting a Genesis. What good is a car if one can not get proper service for it? The service personnel lies like there is no tomorrow. The mechanic didn't come to work, the serice guy will call you tomorrow, your car will be ready tomorrow, ops it is monday, oh wait, I was at the doctor, oh wait will call you in 10 minutes. There is no one available ever to ascertain the status of your vehicle. A brand new car, the battery failed, and there is no one battery to replace the faulty one in the entire USA! A simple battery! In the end? They just refurbished the same battery.it took them two weeks to do it.amazing!
