So Harold the sales manager wanted to give me considerably lees money for my vehicle so they could resell it at a much higher price. And told me to give him $500 "under the table" so he could find me a "good" deal wich he failed to even do

If you have to come here see Hector or Dean if you want any type of customer service or else you will be left with exactly what this place has to offer.a headache that you didnt have or need before you got there.

Not that great they don't even give a courtesy car wash if you didn't buy the car from them. Wow how do they keep customers for service. First and last for me.

I had an amazing buying experience. The seller was pretty nice, he didn't push me and was totally transparent with the information. My seller was Hector and I got one Hyundai Kona (Awesome car btw)

They are friendly enough, but the blatant lying is awful. You come in for an oil change and they somehow manage to find $500 worth of services that need done. Plus the fact that they blatantly lie about being unable to plug up flat tires. This place is good for buying a car and that's that.

I got my second car here and the same week a drunk driver hit me but Willie Zamora was able to help me out and get my pre-owned 2017 hyundai sonata which I'm in love with! Bad experience I rather travel to the one at us one they are the best, the only employee at the Doral place that is very nice and wonderful is Carlos the girl that took care of me didn't help me at all and have an attitude against me, I'm coming back tomorrow when Carlos is there, he cares about his guests
