A wonderful experience, very nice staff, the office is very nice, doctors Silvana Gonzales and Mayelin Gonzales are very professional and very good doctors, I recommend this office 100%

For me it has been the worst experience with a doctor in this country! And I say it with all responsibility, this dr. She does not listen to the patient, on the occasions that I saw her I told her that I had pain in the middle part of my back and she only ordered studies of the lumbar and cervical spine and of course nothing came out in the studies, I asked her in On one occasion she prescribed me a pain medicine and she didn't want to because I had to wait for the results to be ready, the results took forever for me and in summary in the lumbar and cervical areas, there was no evidence of anything important, dr. She came to the conclusion that I had to see a rheumatologist because perhaps what I had was fibromyalgia and that she did not understand why there was so much pain and the most curious thing is that the study of the nerve inductions of both the upper and lower limbs came out altered! And he only prescribed medicine for neuropathy and that was enough, but even taking medicine for neuropathy every day the pain intensified to the point of incapacitating me. After insisting so much, I looked for the neurosurgeon who operated on me in 2010 for another neurological pathology in the past and with the same images that I suppose she NEVER REVIEWED! The doctor. He was able to see TWO HERNIAS in the thoracic spine at the level of T11 and aT12; If you don't feel comfortable, be it with this supposed dr. Or any better doctor runs and seeks another medical opinion with better ethics and love for others because unfortunately medicine has become a business.

All the staff was super helpful and kind. It's hard to find good help nowadays and everyone in that office was full of charisma in person and on the phone. Lastly doctor Silvana Gonzalez treated me with such respect and showed empathy like if I was family. 10/10 I would highly recommend to anyone who wants good service.

Would love to leave less than a star. First off no one ever speaks English and if you ask for someone that does your going to get someone that barely speaks English. Then when you have an appointment be ready to wait an extra hour and half after your scheduled time. And if you do have an appointment don’t get to excited even if they confirm the day before. I waited over a month for a controlled EEG to take home. But apparently the technician takes it home and forgets it there leaving his patients the one to suffer the consequences. This should be considered malpractice. What if I have another seizure when I’m supposed to have equipment meant to read them. I took multiple days off work for this. Just for the front desk to tell me it’s out of there hands that the technician is late and doesn’t have the EEG equipment with him. And having this information before the technician even arrives at the office. Instead of asking to turn around and get the equipment they rather cancel everyone’s appointments for the day.

Since my first visit with Dr. S González, the staff & the Doctor have been super welcoming, shown the upmost respect
& listen to my concerns, issues & problems. When I have a question, I call and I get a call right away. I am extremely satisfied with the treatment and customer service at this office. Plus they are very clean and organized at that office. I give them more then 5

I am a patient of Dr Silvana Neurologist. I can say that it is the best experience I have had, from her staff to her, they have demonstrated a unique human quality, Margara, her secretary, has helped me so many times that I can say that my life has changed since I met her, the doctor is a person who listens to you.with attention without pressure from having a thousand more patients, he dedicates his time and after 8 months of having suffered a cerebral infarction and having had other neurologists assisting me, I can now say that I am in the best hands, without thinking I recommend them to you, this is an excellent team.
