Extremely disappointed in the quality of roses I got this visit. I’ve purchased in the past and the roses have lasted 1 week plus. This time around 4 days later the roses are dead. I reached out to customer service and the customer service rep stated they should last about week and half. After I showed them pictures she said they may be able to either refund of replace the dead roses. Later that day someone reached out to me and said roses only last 4 days they can do nothing for me. (I never asked for a refund or a replacement, the rep offered this option) Terrible service. Thanks but no thanks. The picture I’ve attached is 4 days after delivery. To correct myself total was $225.15. Since I was unable to reply to the review id like to add that my girlfriend lives 1.8 mile from her Job in Brickell. Roses from Publix have lasted longer than this. Management didn't even have the decency of returning my call, they sent a text message. As you can see in the picture only a section of the roses died, perhaps some roses were a different quality. Very unsatisfied with this visit.

I am SO impressed by how my flowers turned out. They were prepared the same day and they turned out so big, fresh, and stunning. Delivery went well and they were soo beautiful. I will definitely be ordering from here again. I recommend 100%.

I just discovered this florist a few days ago for an arrangement I needed in the Doral area. I used them based on the excellent reviews I read. The florist sent me a photo of the arrangement they delivered yesterday. They created exactly what I requested and it is stunning! Their service online from start to finish was easy and quick. Oh my goodness.so much more than a floral delivery. The photos on the website are obviously beautiful, but I cannot believe the AMAZING arrangement that was put together for my boss's birthday. It is so unique and so perfect. I was even texted confirming my customization request (white wine instead of champagne) AND sent several beautiful photos before delivery! My new go-to florist!

My amazing fiancé surprised me today with the most beautiful arrangement of all time! I was very impressed with the quality of the roses and the presentation. I also want to acknowledge that the person who delivered my arrangement was very friendly and polite. The flowers and the arrangements are absolutely beautiful! The orchids are grown and tended to with a lot of care and expertise. These are not the generic mass-produced flowers found in a supermarket, but are instead individually cared for and are of the highest quality.

I was very impressed with how beautiful the arrangement was and how fast they delivered it. I will definitely do business with them again and would highly recommend it.
