17My lease car had a bad battery and Doral didn’t help me I had called Toyota for some kind of AAA INSURANCE for tow truck and car was on the tow truck the whole night and the whole morning and lady on Doral Toyota said my wife has to go in the very morning so in order to be fixed the car and I just notice car is dirty BAD SERVICE
Good afternoon, I make my review. The customer service is quite poor since they make it difficult to receive the vehicle if you do not have an appointment.
But I gave it 4 stars because Tony, an official, came to see what my problem was and helped me, receiving my car and taking care of it. Likewise, I also let the director know about the issue since he must take corrective measures and actions to improve customer service.
Great experience with Doral Toyota service from start to finish. Enrique Subia was the service advisor and he was excellent. Straight forward, no games and very professional. Was checked in promptly and was all said and done with my car back in about two hours. Thank you Enrique and Team!
The service is really bad, they are not friendly, there is no receptiveness, if you request information or details of the service it seems that you are annoying with your request.
Excellent service. A completely different experience from most car dealer service departments. Eddie took care of me in no time.

It is always good to highlight the professionalism, excellent service and attention when it is received. I have had the opportunity to be served on several occasions as a customer of this dealer, specifically in the Service area and I am very grateful for the great efficiency received by the Service Manager (Tony) and his entire team. My parents are owners of a Toyota and under warranty have oil changes included. However to schedule this free service, they were transferred on the phone, and then hung up on several times. Then when they call back again, it was sent to voicemail and the call was not returned. Two weeks later they call to try and schedule service and Can never get anyone to help them.
Would not recommend this service to anyone looking to purchase with these benefits.
Had my hood latch fail on a Saturday. With no appointment I was able drive up and they were able to help out. They needed to order a part for my older car, and when it arrived they were able to install it in 15 minutes. This let me drive home when planned. So helpful.
Somehow they got my previous review removed, but basically, you have to wait over ten minutes for anyone to pick up and then they usually aren't the person you're in need of speaking with so you have to wait again after being transfered, if they even pick up. They DID NOT rotate the right side of my car when requested and after they said they would. Also their multipoint inspection seems to have been quickly filled out with check marks and it doesn't seem they really went through that whole list because of this.
This also made me nervous because they were also supposed to inspect the recall on passenger trim which was not letting certain units deploy the airbag correctly and now I don't feel confident they checked it right, but I don't have any course of action because they've now marked my vehicle as inspected, even though they didn't say if it passed or anything in the paperwork I was given.
They are always crowded and a quick service takes multiple hours.
Overall 1/10 service and I will not be going back.
Just because the place is pretty and new looking doesn't mean they're good.
Headquarter Toyota looks like it needs renovation when you pull up, but the service and quality of their work and your general experience is MILES Better.
On Saturday 07/22 the car was serviced and after it was delivered there was a noise in the back.
Worst service ever. Almost 2 hours waiting they didn't even touch my car. Mechanics on site doing nothing and they said nobody can work on my car. Nobody to talk to on the office and give any explanation or nothing. Not even one star deserve this place.
Horrible. Gad a 09: 30 AM appointment for an oll change, it's now 10: 10AM and still have not completed the check in.
Crowded and bad service. Wmployes and manager complaining and talking bad things about the dealer and the lack of inventory. That's a shame. The staff should be careful and not talk stupidity about the place where they work at. Definitely never recommended this Toyota Dealership at DORAL FL, due to the unprofessional staff.
Stay away from the parts department. The parts manager does not go the extra mile for customers needing parts. Poor customer service.
The service is very slow, the customer service is very poor, they do not value us as customers, the representatives think they are doing us a favor and do not serve us well, the customer service is very poor.
I am very happy to have found them, I had a very pleasant experience in my maintenance appointment, Manuel took care to answer all my questions and give my car a great service, this young man from Cuba is a great knowledge of customer service and professional service. Now I only go with them in my visits to Miami:) Thank u to Manuel.
