I would give this company zero but it’s not an option. I had a terrible experience with purchasing a “new” unit from this company. They installed the unit it stopped working after a couple of months, they came out tried to say it was main line, we asked them how they knew since they didn’t test. We had 2 2nd opinions on main line and they did test and results came back it wasn’t main line. Our heater never worked, we tried to run it and the fuse kept blowing out because Double AA installed a new unit and never checked to make sure the amps were compatible with our breaker. I filed a complaint with BBB, he replied back that “this job is complete and certifications attached”. How did he obtain certifications saying this job was complete when it’s not, we still have the same fuses as when we purchased the house? Don’t waste your time or money with this company.

Customer service is a nightmare! They say I will call you back and they don’t. They tell you it’s notated in their system about warranty issues but they won’t give it to you in writing. Such a disappointment! I don’t enjoy having to do this but when you get no satisfaction in resolving the issue you must. Then they call you to take down your concerned comments about their business practices. They damaged the Generac when they installed it trying to adjust the rods and lifters didn’t do it properly they rod come loose knocked a hole in the valve cover now metal is in the engine. I wanted the engine replaced and all they did is send a guy out to replace the parts and then I asked if I could get a copy of the notations for future reference if something happened to the Generac motor and they said no. They tell me I have to deal with the #Warranty at generac because it’s in the agreement buyer beware. I bought the generator from you not Generac your installers installed it incorrectly. That means it’s y’all’s fault not Generac. Y’all broke the machine and I’m the customer I did not deal with generact when I bought it, so why should I deal with them now? Still waiting on you double AA TO DO THE RIGHT THING!

Y’all lyed to generate customer service because your call was recorded. You’re a terrible company. I will not recommend you to nobody can close my account out. I’m calling somebody else bye!

Update I have a quality Generac company replacing the motor today that you destroyed and did not want to take responsibility for so you are definitely fired from any more of my business and if anybody that I know I will not recommend you! Generac even told me not to use you for anything because your not trustworthy to do any job!

Highly recommend this company. They texted me pics and bio of technicians who would be doing the work. They showed up on time and did a fantastic job of burying the propane tank and installation of the generator. Upon completion the guys (Travis, Shawn, and Keegan) gave us instructions on the generator, transfer switch, and propane tank and patiently entertained any questions. Everyone from the office warriors to the technicians were personable, helpful, and easy to work with. This company does all the work from getting city permits and inspections to coordinating the propane company for tank fill up. Start to finish this company is efficient and professional. Thank you for a job well done Double A!

The installation of the generator was very professional by very friendly and helpful installers who made the process great. I would recommend this company to anyone.
