Double Take Pizza, Eustis FL

I added one star because I had to. We were all so extremely disappointed. This used to be the absolute best New York style cheesy pizza with a delicious sauce and it is now the absolute worst dried out tough chewy crust that has no flavor whatsoever. I don't know what happened but I sure do miss the original double take pizza.

Ordered the cheesesteak 6/10! They used garlic and that made it taste sooo much better! It could use more flavor in the meat.

The pizza was great! Very different style crust. I really enjoyed this type of crust and the cheeseburger pizza.
I didn't like being on hold for 20 min and I didn't like that the prices were several dollars more than the online menu.
I ended up driving over to order and was still on hold as I was walking up.
It's all good, they were short staffed. The pizza tasted great

If you like gas station pizza. That would be a better place to go. 20 minutes away took way over an hour for delivery. Good luck.

Been ordering pizza for 22 years and when you call at 8: 30 for take out they are closing soon and can’t take any more orders. Guess I need to find another pizza place.

2 months ago great pizza, probably best in 10 miles.not true anymore. Last 3 pizzas were garbage, made wrong, just not what it once was. Shame really.

Normally I love this place I've only had 2 bad experiences here in 3 years so. Nobody's perfect

Save your money & time. Cutting corners on steak and cheese subs using Steak-ums & soggy ripped side salad bread with a gob of oil laden cheese means who knows what other atrocious occur here along with the rubber pizza. Place is a no go unfortunately imho.

Double take pizza has always been a Lake County staple for our family! The new owners are so down to earth with big hearts! Staff is absolutely delightful! But I tell you what holy guacamole batman there pizza is out of this world good! Our family was very happy! The dough recipe is absolutely delicious! Fresh quality ingredients in every bite! With every bite I felt like doing the truffle shuffle! Lol P. S. THE PHILLY CHEESTEAK IS BOMB!

Pizza was great. Sauce was really good. We've been to quite a few places that rated good for pizza and the pizza ended up not being that great. But this place actually had good pizza!

We ordered Double Take for delivery last night for dinner. Hands down worth every penny. The marinara sauce has to be made from scratch & the mozzarella is definitely higher quality than most! We ordered the Stromboli, Pizza Rolls, & Cheesesteak sub. Delicious & great portions. They told us about an hr for delivery and were at our door in 45 min. Great Service!

I Am Thrilled! I have been trying to find a Pizza Place that would make a pizza ~ The Way I Want It! No Excuses, or BS! Double Take is My New Go To! And they even delivered it in less time than estimated! Happy Lady Here!

The pizza is delicious. I order from here a lot, but was very disappointed when I found a long piece of hair in one of my slices. Makes me not want to go there anymore. Was disgusted and just threw the whole pie away

I get carry out from here at least 3 times a week and I’m never disappointed with there food or service………. I’m going to edit my review since new management has taken over and I’m just not pleased in there service any longer

Tried to give it the benefit of the doubt. But I shared same experience as the other low reviews. Greasy, Greasy pizza not much of any sauce, rubbery, just overall not good. Only here visiting each year. Ile stick to place up by the fair grounds from now on.

Horrible customer service from owner and staff I order 2 pizzas 2 weeks ago only to get the wrong pizza 2 different times and it took a hour and a half to get the right order I overlooked it and decided to go back again since I've been going there for 5 years this time I order 2 pizzas ten minutes later my mom orders 2 pizzas we both go to pick up our pizzas when we get there I'm told they had a back up on deliveries and they had to use my pizzas to get caught up and I needed to wait a additional 35-45 minutes but my mom's was ready I reached out to the owner and got a response saying they would look into and I've never heard back and they no longer respond
