GO see Victor! This man has helped me and the family big time in every way possible. Not only did he help me out with the issues I was facing but he understood the situation I was facing and solved it in a timely manner. #see you next time! Give this man a raise!

The building is old. In my case I stay in room 223. Bathroom was horrible, the sink wasn’t working. Among others facilities downsides. But the people was amazing like: Valet Parking Carlos from Venezuela, friendly, detailed customer services. Safety and security great. Lobby area great two Angels Jolene and Laura they were outstanding by the way multilingual. Super professional and friendly they make feel like I was at home. Thanks to this incredible people I’m coming back

I would never ever recommend this hotel to anyone even if you get a free stay. The day before our trip when I had called the hotel with one simple question, it took them more then 20 mts to answer the phone. We had a horrible experience during our stay for the family wedding. The day when we were trying to check in, we.had to wait for four hours in the lobby. We got there at 11: 45 and got our room at 4: 30 pm. There was only one person at the desk to check in all the guest and he was extremely slow. There excuse to this issue was that they did not have the staff which is not my problem!
The rooms had a bad odor, we did not get daily cleaning service, everyday we had to ask them to give us fresh new bath towels. Our bathroom shower was leaking all the time. Our air condition was not working at all, it was so hot in the room.
The last day when we were all trying to check out, only one of the elevator was working. And hotel staff did not do anything about it. They did not even have courtesy to say sorry about it. When I tried to use staircase instead of elevator, I realized they did not have phone in there which is a big safety issue. I don’t understand how are they staying in the business and passing their yearly inspection.
We had a very poor experience and we are not satisfied at all with our stay up there. I would never recommend this hotel to any of my friends or family. It was a waste of my money to stay at your hotel and we are extremely disappointed: (

Very bad experience. When I get to my room - I see that the bed is a sofa bed, not a regular bed. I went down to have my room changed, I changed rooms and when I got to the new room and tried to take a shower, only valid water came out in the shower, the maintenance person who went up to check told me that that room was already reported, I didn't understand how I They had given it. Incredible!

Excellent service in the hotel bar, the bartenders Anna and Edwin are excellent, the margaritas that Anna prepares are unmatched and the customer service is first class, thank you for the experience

The bar staff is rude and very unprofessional. Got there around 10: 30 get room then tried get food at the bar, was giving a menu by one lady and then tried to order was told the kitchen closed when they sat and took a man’s order right in my face had my kid with me. Also another guy tries to order and was told the same thing and front desk didn’t care at all just said it closes at 11 when it was 10: 50. Didn’t get my cookie wasn’t given a bottle of water at check in nothing. And then the smell in the bathroom and hallway was horrible the maid closet was open all night with the stink coming from there. Will not ever stay here again. And the operator who answered when calling for a shuttle was rude. I don’t like the run around give me a direct answer about the shuttle running not they’ll get there when they come

Bad service, poor cleaning, we lost an extra bed and they took it at 1 am, in the morning, I asked for a microwave and they never brought it. The cleaning was very poor, they did not leave towels for the bathroom the last two days.

This hotel has very poor service. Upon arrival they gave me a room that smelled horrible. The day before leaving the hotel they did not do room service on time and I had to wait until 9: 30pm to have towels and be able to take a bath

This hotel is an airport hotel, near NOTHING. You become a prisoner. They have you. They dont sell mouthwash for example… you cant get any. You cant walk to anything. Coffee is $4 and nothing is complimentary. The rooms are VERY old. No USB ports, musty and look like something from the 80’s. I went for a tax conference and told the promoter he need change hotels. I would avoid this hotel at all costs.

Horrible hotel. My family and I have covid. I’ve tried contacting the hotel for days and can never get anyone on the phone. Eventually they said sorry it’s past 5 day window for cancelations we have to charge you. They then said I’m still welcome to come to the hotel. I mean I get covid isn’t as bad as it use to be but it’s crazy a hotel is like sure come and give our guests sick we don’t care. What a terrible hotel.

Bathroom smelled like urine, ran out of hot water, no one got things fixes for 2 days, no one picked up calls in the front desk, operator or room service. Poorly managed property.

Booked a room 3 weeks in advanced, my plane was delayed. I get to the hotel at 4am, the hotel us that we lost our room because we came late to check in, although the reservation was already paid. I have never experienced anything like this already, the hotel over booked and their policy is first come first serve. Which means they over booked.

While the rooms are outdated and a bit worn, mine was clean and the housekeeping restocked everything every day. Location is excellent being so close to the airport and where I delivered a training class. The service I received was more than excellent. In my last night I couldn’t find my medication. I went downstairs and spoke with Ally and Laura? They immediately called housekeeping and security. In the meantime Laura used her phone to find a 24 hour pharmacy and allowed me to use her phone to call it. I went back upstairs to my room and looked under everything and finally found my medication behind the bed! I called back downstairs and spoke with Laura again to apologize for not performing a more thorough search before complaining. She was super gracious. I will be booking my next stay in Miami at this hotel because of the amazing service.

This hotel met all our needs. The one odd thing is they didn't always leave new towels every day. One time I had to request them. And another day we just skipped showering and taking a bath.
