Absolutely the best service, easy check in, and the cookies for the granddaughter at check in was great.

Rooms are outdated. The service at the bar inside the hotel was not top tier. The bartender skipped over me twice and waited on people that came up after me, and in total, it was maybe 5 people at the bar. I don't think I'm invisible

The only positive thing I have to say is it’s location. The rooms are horrible. I didn’t want to trust other reviews but I should have. Opening the room, a cockroach, three towels (4people), moisture odor (we couldn’t sleep) and how they say the breakfast is included but only for 2 when the room is clearly for 4. You come in thinking you’re going to pay an amount and then they parking fee, resort fee, taxes, plus a $20 extra charge. At the end, $100 extra added.

Stayed here for one week for a conference at the OCCC. Our original room in the tower was your average hotel room, not amazingly beautiful and clean but decent. The person I traveled with requested a room in the villa for our next night. The room was gross! Surfaces not very clean, very very small bathroom, SO MUCH MOLD on the ceiling of the bathroom which is just disgusting to look at. The location is good and staff was friendly. Food at the restaurant and market were mediocre.

Rooms are terribly outdated and old. Smelled like nothing but mildew inside here and several other coworkers said the same thing about their rooms. The bathroom was very cruddy. The air conditioner looked dirty around the door handle is filthy all over the front door. I would not want to stay here again.

I had a three night stay. I don't travel often, but have never requested a room change. I had to change rooms every night; the only suitable room was night three in the tower. The first of two resort rooms had improper air conditioning leaving the room on the wet side of humid; the second resort room had a major plumbing problem leading to wet carpet after shower. Would not stay here unless a tower option is available.

I was disappointed in the 16 section which has to be a re-designed added on of an old lodge Inn. I was expecting modern and it was just poorly made over. I could have gone to Sleep inn for better quality of sleep. The bed means the world to a traveler far from home. When paying these prices over $1300 for 6 days you expect better beds and TV. I had to turn off and on to move the channels ;the guide was broken. For three first time I did not include a tip for the cleaner. I was cheated and now they were cheated. Ohhh they had an entire college band practice on the site right in front of our window, good they could play, bad the noise level, you can imagine was out of this world. That was free.

Good location. Old ugly Motel Style Hilton. Should be something else Motel 6.not even Hot water, just warm water.
Unfriendly stuff. Breakfast was not good. Old Motel. Musty, moldy smelly rooms and carpets. I could not wait till morning to leave!

First and Last time.

This is the cheapest Hilton Resorts in Orlando, and everything is as expected. We had a room facing to the yard and it can be noisy in the evening and morning as people/carts moving around.

Rooms were in poor shape, hot water was not available most of my week long stay. Good location to SeaWorld but that's the positive.

Service was excellent. Food was excellent. Room was adequate - bathroom very small. Staying for a bridge tournament. Ist day there, the venue was freezing. I had warm clothes on but you needed a winter coat and gloves. I was literally turning blue and shaking.

When I booked this hotel back in June for the NAVC conference, I expected to stay in a nice hotel room in the tower. Instead, I was placed in the "motel" part in a room that looks like " Motel 6" rather than a Hilton property. The bathroom is so small that you literally have to step into the shower in order to close the door before you can sit on the toilet. I am just not "feeling" this property and do not "trust" booking a room here again because I do not for sure what I am going to get.

DO NOT STAY HERE! You get exactly what you pay for. Do not let the pictures of the newer lobby fool you. W currently in this sorry excuse for a “resort” as I type this review. This is a dingy, dusty, dirty, old, outdated, disgusting hotel. Nothing is luxury, upgraded, or clean. They put me in a “villa”…it’s a motel with the door facing outside. So I paid to “upgrade” to the main building where the door is inside. It’s just as nasty and outdated and disgusting as the “villa”. The microwave is literally in the nightstand. The refrigerator isn’t cold. The towels have stains. The bathroom floor is disgustingly sticky. I badly regret booking this place. Please take heed to my review! DO NOT STAY HERE!

The service is poor from the front desk, the phone in my room doesn’t work, the shower has no water pressure only gets lukewarm and doesn’t drain. Kind of a gross room.

The lobby is nice and staff were relatively nice however the rooms are WAY outdated, stale, musky and dusty. The internet doesn't work, phone didn't work, room opens to the outside parking lot, etc. Photos are misleading as it shows a large tower but there are also 20 or so smaller 3 story buildings around the perimeter which open to the parking lot. Rooms are decorated with 90s decor and not very clean. The carpet is sticky, the walls are yellow textured stucco look, YUCK YUCK. The room is a suite so it is quite large and has a kitchen which is a nice perk but it is also outdated and not very clean. For the same price, just got to the Hyatt Regency.

Daily service. The sliding door for changing makes the bathroom space not feel small.
Spectacular breakfast, super varied, many places for entertainment.
In front of the hotel you can also eat. But the hotel has it all. Although you pay $30 for parking, everything is nice.

So far, I spent one night and an with a big seminar. Came back to my room, they didn't leave any coffee or water. The refrigerator doesn't work. I had to move the coffee pot because the outlet it was plugged into didn't work. The outlet next to the bed it's a add on and fell off the wall. I hung my towel on the hook on the door in the bathroom, and it fell off. I guess the hotel just might fall down next. If you're looking to stay in this area you might want to stay elsewhere. I am here for a week I guess I'll see how the next 4 days go. Day two they left my patio door open and I asked them to put near the conference center and first floor because I am having a hip replacement on the 26th of January they put me in villa one almost as far away as I could get. I guess we will see what tomorrow brings. And day three, no coffee they did leave a bottle of water. This place is a joke called the number they gave me went to voice mail, sent a email no reply yet. AVOID THIS PLACE. And also had to leave a 450.00 deposit on my credit card for this rat hole. The rest of my group got their deposit waved, I guess I don't rate like they do. 3 more nights in this place, hope I can make it.
