The staff is amazing so caring and kind, the rooms impeccable and the location just steps away from the beach and the price excellent!

Bad experience, they didn't have pizzas in the 3 days I was at the hotel, parking charge which in my opinion was unnecessary, too many checks when entering the pool, problems with check-in, among other things, I do not recommend it

We went for a relaxing vacation and we were extremely pleased with the service. It was cleans staff was pleasant. The food and rinks were superb. It was very relaxing and fun. Bad weather for one day, but the hotel made it pleasantly comfortable to sit in the lobby to read and relax. We loved it and will definitely return again…Thank You Kristin for the most warmest welcome. You are the best…

I chose this hotel for the big pool and the proximity to the beach, and I was not disappointed! The pool was super nice. It’s right on the intercostal with an infinity edge, which is super cool. Also the pool is good for kids because it has a “beach” entry. Great for kids.
Also the tiki bar is great and there was a super fun DJ Saturday and Sunday afternoon.
The hotel is not fancy but it’s recently updated, contemporary and clean. The staff was very nice. Finally, the room. I splurged and got the corner king and it was definitely worth it. It had a partial ocean view, two balconies and great great windows. Btw there’s a nice coffee shop in the lobby. PS the bed was amazing

Very bad experience, I’m very sorry. First of all, no one helped us with our bags. When we entered we were putting our stuff in the closet, the closet door almost fell on me! We just came back from the pool to take a bath, there was no shower gel. After that I wanted to watch TV and my other friend wanted to work. The TV didn’t work well.and the desk lamp couldn’t turn on, also the clock wouldn’t turn on also.we went to port south to eat dinner and the service was awesome. Wow man, great job on the service! After that we went to a walk at night to the pool and when we were walking around it exploring I heard a bad attitude from the pool worker, it was a lady, wow bro, what an attitude. Then we made friends with the girl to check in the restaurant, and she helped us call the engineer, he fixed everything except the TV.said he is gonna call “someone” to fix the buttons, they never fixed it. And then the mirror light next to the sink didn’t work, and there was no tissue. Today we just left and thank god the checkout was lighting fast. I’m not hating this hotel, I’m just telling you to like improve this place.

Horrible service took forever to answer the phone asked for towels in the morning no one ever came called back at night for extra blankets no one ever came either. I also left something behind took forever as well to get an answer was transferred several times with no help its sad because I have stayed her several times in the past and it was amazing but not this time don't know if I would consider staying again.

Maria the bartender at Port Soth is so amazing OMG she’s the best, she was so adorable and Awesome, if you ever go most certainly sit at the bar and ask for her, you will not regret it!

Would NOT recommend. Average at best, not a good value.
Not sure why this hotel is currently listed as 4 star. There’s plenty of other hotels in the area priced the same and better. Parking is $75, bathroom is poor, there was a strange noise in our room all day (elevator, fridge, ghost, walls talking- who knows), front desk lady was rude.
We supposedly got this l luxury room bc we were Hilton members, but ended up being next to the hotel engine room or something.

Horrible experience this hotel is far from luxury it is economy very dirty and very rude. Restaurant closes early. Valet is awful, lady got her car dinged and valet was so rude handling her. Beware of hidden fees. Don’t recommend at all

I booked a room on Expedia for the wrong dates 6/1 - 6/4 and upon arrival (6/3). My reservation was canceled because it was considered a no show but still charged me for staying at the hotel even though i didn't. I then had to do a "walk in reservation" and paid again for the days that I was actually staying. When I inquired about a refund I was told I needed to reach out to the booking agency. Expedia then followed notified me that the hotel decided that they were not going to refund me for my funds even though I still stayed there. I would understand if I stayed at another hotel but clealry they don't seem to care.

Pretty decent hotel, i have no complaints but it's more on the mediocre side, it doesn't offer anything special, however that doesn't make the hotel bad.the hotel itself is good quality, there are not much problems but the hotel is very basic.i've stayed here a few times, been a little while since i've been here though.overall, the hotel is decent, it doesn't have much to offer, but the quality is good.

I am staying at the hotel and I only have bad references about it… I arrived on Monday and, as a room, they assigned us a room for people with disabilities. We entered, the floor all wet from the water that ran from the mini bar. The safe didn't work. Neither does the bathroom, which is why I've been drying my hair in the kitchenette the whole stay. The treatment of the staff at the reception is bad, they are rude and only respond with evasions to problems. I repeatedly asked that I hate that they do the room, I stayed three days until I was able to receive the service. I asked for the possibility of late check out on Sunday (I stayed a week in the hotel) and one person told me that there is no room and another, the next day, that I must pay if I want the extra time in the room. All scary.

Unbelievably horrible experience. First off we checked in and nobody bothered to help us or help with our bags. The rooms were on a whole other level. The room smelled like moldy, sweaty socks and I almost threw up. We had to change rooms in the middle of the night and I heard people in the elevator talking about suspicious things. Now let’s move onto the new room, the room was better but the shower did not drain the water, the balcony was disgustingly dirty, the floors are dirty as well. I ordered towels to the room and they said it will be delivered in the next “5-10 minutes” but they ended up coming in the next 2-3 hours. Unbelievable. The checkout process was the worst experience in my life for a hotel because I have been to many hotels throughout my life and this has been by far the worst service I’ve ever received. I called the lobby about 10-15 times and they never picked up the phone, and I called the bell service a similar amount of times and no response as well. I had to call valet in order for them to help me request a bell man. The bell man finally comes in 20 minutes and then once we get to the lobby he puts the cart in the corner and disappears. Valet brought out my car and then the bell man disappears into a room which I saw him walk into and doesn’t come out for the next 15 minutes. I spoke to the valet and they told me to go take the cart and put the bags in the car myself, there is nothing wrong with doing it myself but for quality and service I would expect some sort of help, some customer dedication, and some sort of care. This is not me hating on this hotel or chain, but it is definitely something to improve on in this specific location. Thank you.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The room was so nice, the pool was AMAZING. Great location. I’d also like to recognize a few of your staff that made my stay wonderful. Our servers were Eric, Jackie and Anahi. They were amazing at the restaurant. I went almost every morning and evening before going to the pool/ beach and they were nothing short of amazing. The bartenders at the tiki bar were amazing as well. 5 stars for everyone! With love from Boston xoxo

Stay was fantastic!
Beds were very comfortable. Room was clean! All of the staff was kind and we loved the warm cookies. Barbara at the front desk was amazing and went above and beyond for us and making my son’s b-day stay extra special! She is a gem!
Beach is across the street but an easy walk and your cabanas and towel service on the beach is included.
Pool is right at the hotel and also has a jacuzzi.
We will be back!:)

The hotel was great, and the pool was also awesome! There is one restaurant in the hotel. Both Jose and Eric who work in there were great! They went above and beyond to make the evening fun. Great personalities, and so great with all guests they came in contact with.

Stay away from VALET if you value your car.

Valet damaged my low mileage sports car and it had over 40 unexplained miles on it. Management did absolutely nothing, filed a complaint with corporate and checked back after they didn't call me back and they said they would call back after another 48 hours and still havent heard back.

Accidents happen, but to not take ownership and fail entirely with customer service leaves a bad taste in my mouth for the entire Hilton brand.

I really can't believe with how much effort they put into customer service that they are just going to ignore a customer with a genuine complaint.

Friendly staff, clean room. Corner king room had a great view. On site dining seemed a bit overpriced, but at least tasted good. Overall A, would stay again.
