Older building but rooms are renovated. Very nice location. Staff is kind. Beach is amazing.

Great hotel with a fantastic Oceanview. Great for 3 guests with the extra living area with a fold out couch and second TV. They also have a nice bar right by the pool and a great walkway to the beach. They supply beach chairs too. Really nice hotel

They didn't have us as Diamond until the 3rd day Twelve dollars was not enough because the menu prices were to high.

A nice, if not, the nicest hotel I have ever been to. The DoubleTree cookies are amazing, they provided us with ointment when me and my 2 sisters were at the beach, messing around and injuring ourselves. Our room with a balcony was nice, and it had a nice view our mom could watch us from. The only downside is the breakfast is paid, unlike Hampton's free D. I. Y.breakfast, and I like making my own breakfast. The pool was nice and warm, and the Sea Grapes bar served nice dinner. Overall, DoubleTree is probably my now favorite hotel chain, dethroning Hampton by a mile. I'll miss you, free breakfast.

We had issues but they were resolved. Staff was helpful and freindly in the evening. Checkout was neutral. Not bad but no pleasantries

This is our favorite place to stay in Melbourne. The hotel is well designed and every room is ocean front. The rooms are clean and we'll appointed and it's so nice having a balcony over the ocean. Staff are helpful and friendly. Great drinks and nibbles at the pool bar.

We enjoyed our stay here at this nice hotel with a beautful view of the ocean from our terrace. Would come back again as our schedule allows.

Great views and great staff make this one of our family's favorite places to stay. The rooms are great with two different rooms; one with couch/bed and a TV, and another room with a TV and a king sized bed. These rooms are separated by a bathroom/shower stall and separate sink. There's a nice pool, though a little small. But the beach access is more than makes up for it. I took these pictures from our balcony.

Room was clean, we did have to request more towels and blankets for the pull out bed but the staff was very accommodating and had it to us in no time. Kids enjoyed the free cookies! Directly on the beach so that was very convenient. Did have an issue with our digital key not working but we just ran down and grabbed key cards. Only negative thing i would say is the parkinglot is dark as the lights were not working.

Went here for thanksgiving and my family and I had an amazing time. Staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Will absolutely stay here again!

The outside of the hotel is old and dated, but the ocean veiw room is absolutely amazing! We have a living room area/dinette and a separate bedroom with a pocket door. The staff have been super accommodating (shout out to Chris for emailing me a screen shot of my confirmation). Clean room and property, this is definitely a great find!

Great hotel with sea-view rooms. We really enjoyed our stay here. Nice clean and specious room. We took the king bed suite. Arrived early but they were able to give us a third floor room. The sound of ocean amd the breeze is unforgettable. The rooms have a mini fridge and a microwave, two TVs and a decent shower. We did not tey the food option as we wanted to try different food in the area. They give you $12 credit since the continental breakfast option is not there any more due to the pandemic. They have a pool, sauna and and beach access.

Beautiful rooms with an excellent view, reasonably priced, and right on the beach. I would return in a heartbeat. Best hotel I've ever stayed in.

This place has been a nightmare for me and my family. Checked in to a 5th floor king suite around 5pm. First room ac was broken, repairman attempted to fix and hour later they switched our room to another king suite on 2nd floor walked in and ac not working there either so we basically moved all of our stuff for no reason I have 2 kids including an infant, so that was fun. I walked down to front desk just for them to offer another room (not a king suite but 2 queens) & free breakfast to compensate. The 3rd room was all the way on the 9th floor so we hauled everything all the way up, just to find out the ac in this room doesn't work either.

Awesome hotel right on the ocean. Beautiful ocean views. Rooms are comfortable. Only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 - ice machines and one of the elevators were not working.

I was there for a meeting. It was disappointing as 'people', I'm assuming staff, were continuously walking through our room. Additionally, we had 3 pitchers if water in the room, all with about 1 cup of water. I emptied 2.
