DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Hotel Naples

The room was super clean and beautiful and se service was excellent, I recomend this hotel 100%

If you’re going/coming to Naples, this is the place to stay. The rooms are nice, the staff is nice and the location was great!

The staff at this property was very friendly and helpful. We arrived significantly earlier than check-in but they were able to accommodate us with an early check-in and provided us with a very nice room upgrade. The property was in great condition and our suite was clean and well appointed, I really enjoyed the patio on the river view room. I would definitely stay here again.

Came here for 1 night to celebrate boyfriends birthday. Specifically booked a large room with a whirlpool tub (because whirlpool tubs are his favorite) we turned on the hot water only to find that it doesn't work in the tub. Contacted the front desk. Staff member stated they were aware it didn't work, but the cold water does? Who's going to sit in a tub full of cold water? We were also told "the shower hot water works". We asked about alternative rooms. Apparently this room is the largest they offer in the entire hotel. Asked if we relocated to a lesser room would we be given a discount and we were advised no, because we used our Hilton Rewards points to reduce the Nightly rate that we paid. Way to value your Hilton Honors members. Also recommend maybe giving out a sheet with all of the on site eateries/bar hours of operation instead of the receptionist having to spout off when they close tonight and tomorrow, which nobody is going to recall.

The room was spacious, well designed and accommodated our family perfectly. This is our second stay at this Doubletree location and if we return, we would stay here again!

This hotel was wonderful - extremely clean, comfortable, excellent breakfast and the hotel staff were friendly and professional. We stayed over a weekend and the location was convenient for everything we had planned. I would highly recommend this property!

Excellent place to stay, room premises pool restaurant exceptionally clean, employees from front desk restaurant and cleaning ladies all helpful and professionals. I would recommend this hotel, we will use it every time we head to Naples which is two three times a year.

My husband and I decided to take a quick getaway for a 22nd wedding anniversary. Not only was the Doubletree hotel affordable but the customer service was impeccable. The rooms were clean and very spacious because they have an apartment like set up. We stayed in one morning and decided to order breakfast from the restaurant downstairs and the food was amazing! We took advantage of the bicycles that they have on property and we rode around Naples for a little bit. I forgot how delicious the cookies were from the which we received upon check in and we made sure to go back for seconds! We are definitely looking forward to going back again in October for another quick getaway and we will not stay anywhere else except the Doubletree.

Some of the most caring staff I've ever experienced in traveling and freshly renovated rooms make this an extraordinary stay for anyone staying in Naples.

One of the nicest hotels I’ve been to in a while. Far exceeded any expectation I had. I was offered free water and a warm chocolate chip walnut cookie upon check in, and upon ordering room service late at night, it was delivered quick, fresh, and tasty. I was sad I could only spend one night. Wonderful value for the price point.

Highly recommend. Friendly welcoming staff, spacious updated and extremely clean with freshness room. In room dining Restuarant and all amenities were very convenient and of quality. Perfect centrally located for a Naples visit.

This DoubleTree is by far the most accommodating and hospitable. This location not only has many accomodations, but is clean and comfortable. All rooms have an intimate suite feel and are updated and spacious. Food at the on site restaurant is delicious and reasonably priced. This DoubleTree far exceeded my family of 4 needs.

Beautiful design, great customer service, large rooms, nice showers and most importantly comfortable bed!
