On Aug. 29,2023 I purchased a 42inch zero turn mower for a little over $3,900 that after only 2 cuts would not start. So I call for assistance and the gentleman that answered the phone suggested I remove the battery so I did return it for a new one. It started up I rengaged the pins which is required and it still wouldn’t move. I then call back to see if there was anything they cold do and the manager Kirt wanted my to push a nearly $4000 mower of dead weight over 75yards never once offering the pick up service that they have available that I was informed of by the First Gentleman I spoke with. Customer service was the reason a friend recommended this place which they feel extremely short of. Wish I went with a different business that offered more that a defective product and zero effort to help me with this dilemma

what he was doing and took care of of my Echo weed eater without

This is a fabulous place. The staff is always friendly, and I have never once had a bad experience there, and would recommend this to anybody that needs any help with mowers or small engines.

When my old trusty Toro bit the dust, they were very helpful in getting a mower that fit my needs. After three cuts the mower had elusive and intermittent problems. They used the long standing reputation of the dealership to provide a complete warranty engine replacement from Briggs & Stratton. It is hard to find this quality of after the sale service.
They have my 5 stars for exceptional service!

I would not recommend this place to anyone, take your chances if you do. When I dropped off my riding husqarvana, I told them to check carb, and fix front tire. They told me if they had to replace the carb they would call me. I also asked for them to call me before any repairs were done for approval. Well I guess they saw me pull up in a Mercedes and said he can afford what we do. Jerks, no one called me not once to inform me of all they were doing to my mower that I did not ask for. They felt the need to make it brand new again without my permission. Well that would have been fine if they would have informed me first. Big mistake on their part and mine. $700 later. Never again. Then when I picked it up, A- wipes wouldn’t help me get it on my trailer and wanted to deliver it days later for more money. Ya never again, and be sure I will tell everyone I know to stay clear of this place. Dirt bags. His rebuttal is moranic, they never gave me the chance to make a decision on what to fix they just did it. How could I be hard to work with when they never called to inform me on what needed to be fixed. Today I found out that the son took over the business from his dad who was the honorable guy running the place. Now the the son is just milking the business and the customers. Well what few customers you have left will see you for who you are. A crook. If I could I would now give a minus 5 star for your remarks. Idiot!

I came in to get a rubber ring for my pressure washer. A friendly guy came out to the truck to help. He installed a washer at no charge.

I always have my lawn equipment serviced here without any issue's.
Bought serveral yard mowers, weed trimmers, and edges there. Always stood behind there warranties and equipment.

Doudna's is a great family owned business. Very helpful and clean.
