I totally recommend Douglas Enclave, the entire staff does the job in a professional and super organized manner, always with a smile and a great desire for everything to meet the best of expectations. The property always looks good, totally clean and has a good aroma with full and perfect functioning of the common areas. Special thanks to Enrique, Alixsa and Patricia!

Place is great, everyone is very helpful and I was able to move in quickly thanks to Mayra and her team.

Enrique Olaya has been so kind and helpful to me since day 1 of the process of applying to moving in, he has such a great presence and goes the extra mile to help get the job done. I am happy to be here with such friendly staff. Carlos at the front desk is very kind and helpful as well.

Found the perfect place to live, perfect location. I love my brand new apartment and all the amenities that Douglas Enclave offers. The staff is always very friendly and ready to help with everything. I am very satisfied with the exceptional customer service provided by the building manager Alisxa and Carlos at the concierge desk. And last but not least, great kudos to Enrique at the leasing office, he is very professional, and very knowledgeable with everything related to the leasing process.

The laziness at this complex is unbelievable. It takes maintenance 2-3 weeks to fix something so simple. ALWAYS be present in your place whenever you need something fixed because the workers will screw something up if you're not there and take forever to repair THEIR mistake. 5 months in and its one thing after another. My first day moving in my pull cord needed to be replaced even though the complex is fairly new and they took 2 weeks just for that.no one here does their job.once one thing is fixed something else needs to be repaired.the leasing office doesn't help either they're just as lazy as the idiot handymen who are never anywhere to be found. Whether you voice your concerns on the portal, in person or over the phone your needs will not be met immediately. Unprofessional
my call box hasn't worked in I don't know how many months and its not just mine its a building issue yet it is still not fixed.save yourself the stress and avoid this place

I moved-in recently to this place. It has great amenities and an excellent location. If you’re looking to rent, I recommend this place with no doubt. However, you must ask for Enrique. He’s the most amazing person! He was very helpful since day 1 before I signed my lease. He still helps me out when needed. Pays attention to detail and make things very easy for you. He was actually one of the reasons I moved-in to Douglas Enclave. You won’t regret meeting him and being at this place.

I recently moved in Douglas Enclave. I must say this place has been great. The amenities, location, and staff has been amazing. I working with Stephanie as a walk-in she gave me a tour of the build along with the available units. Once I move in Enrique welcomed me to the community. He was extremely helpful they both went above and beyond to make sure I felt at home and provided me with everything I needed. I highly recommend living at Douglas Enclave and if you need any information or a tour as for Enrique.

If you are looking for a comfortable place in the heart of Miami this is it. Everything is nearby; restaurants, casinos, shopping centers, and last but not least the airport. The best of it all the staff and views. Enrique has a very welcoming personality, and his always smiling made us feel at home since day one.

This place is a great find. Enrique did my tour. Very warm and personable person. If you are looking for an apt close to all necessities and 5 minutes from the airport Douglas Enclave is a great option.

I had the best experience as a walk in! I was greeted by the front desk and sent to Enrique. Enrique was very nice and polite. He helped me find the right apartment at the right price. He went through a variety of different one bedrooms and studios at the same time with price and I had a tour of each one. He made the transition from my old complex into this since I moved to be closer to work. He let me know about the all amenities, prices, and had no hidden fees like other places do. If you want honest, quick, and polite service please ask for Enrique! If I could give more stars I would! I can’t wait to move in July 1st. Very excited for the move!
