I am a Realtor here in Florida, and a probate was needed recently when one of the out-of-state sellers of a property I had listed passed away. The family retained the Douglas Law Firm to handle this, and referred me to Amanda Hutchinson as a point of contact. From my initial phone conversation with her, and subsequent communications, I was very impressed with her professionalism and understanding of the situation. Ms. Hutchinson kept everyone regularly updated throughout the process, which was much appreciated, especially by me and the title company once we were under contract. She is to be commended for managing to get everything filed with the court in quick time, and the Court Order allowing the sale was issued much sooner than we anticipated. Not impressed. We hired them to assist in a "particular"case and seams like the attorney is too scared before the judge. This has ruined our lives. Not all info is disclosed to client either. Communication is horrible too! Waste of thousands of dollars!
