BP claims, HA! Post zero stars if possible! If the Downs law group claims “back litigation” don’t believe it. They lost my medical files twice, never return calls then drop you after years of promises and getting you to send all info they need then lose it. In my experience they have had multiple people leading the “BP Claims dept” and when a new person takes over, you’re at square one again. Now that my throat, soft pallet and sinuses have been either removed or destroyed, I’m on my own and “Craig Downs” is just looking for more income at both the victim and BPs expense. I’m negatively affected for the rest of my life and had ZERO assistance or help from the Downs law firm! Watch who you pick to represent you if injured. Imo, this place is looking for easy money.
Watch, as well, they will come back with a lawyer like response saying “ “your info is incomplete or please contact us so we may remedy this problem””.
Already been through that, proved my info was complete and got dumped with nothing but a letter w no follow up. Never, ever would I consider this man or establishments representation!

So I experienced a life altering leg injury while out of the country for vacation. I was forced to have surgery in another country just to
