Awesome gym, and props to Juan at the front desk, super kind and knows many of the regulars!

Gym is amazing management isn’t the manager is rude, always with attitude and never willing to solve an issue in fact he laughed at my face and said that the payment system works for everyone, it’s not the first time they charge the wrong card and claim I never pay to charge me a late fee. Brought it up and the manager with an awful attitude told me it works for everyone and he’s not going to do anything because there’s nothing he can do, which isn’t true it’s not fault they charged the wrong card. What isn’t good is the attitude of this person. Also I have a family membership when asked about my moms QR code I never received any help from this guy. It was a new employee that helped me and updated the right card. The right card that I have given three times to make a payment on three different months and the manager didn’t even bother to update so they can charge me a late fee. The gym is okay it’s clean and it’s nice to train there it doesn’t get crowded

I am very impressed with your location but there is one amninety that I'm concerned about that's not in service which is the "Steam Room" in the ladies locker room. I've been using the steam room for years and to visually see a steam room not working in a health and fitness club conncens me. If you look up and Google the benefits of a steam room I think you would like to reconsider and please ask maintenance to put a work order in to order a part to get the steam room up and running again. I noticed the basketball players were playing an intense game when I got a tour. The basketball players at your club would appreciate the steam room being open in their locker room as well. The steam will relax their muscles after a basketball game. If a health and fitness club has an amninety in the club, it should work and if for any reason it breaks or something damaging happens just put a note on the door for members to see, get a work order in and get it running as soon as you can. Please bring back the steam room, it will save a life.

Grear facilities, über clean, nice atmosphere, front desk and teachers. It does not get any better for a wellness club. And the price is very convenient.

It's wonderful, I've been to other gyms and they were chaotic and complex but the YMCA surprised me, everything is clean, quiet, nice, excellent service.
The machines are well maintained and have something for everyone, including a basketball court.

Most of all I like the good vibe from the people who work there, the different training areas, it’s always clean and organized, and the good condition of the equipment. The trainers are also great. I buy personal training packages that help me to experience higher levels of intensity that I wouldn’t get by myself.

The location and machines are good but they harass you even if you have a small drawstring bag. I understand not bringing in large gym bags or book bags but I guess they expect you to carry your own equipment that you need for your workout. The bag policy is so strict that they will stop you mid exercise to tell you to put it away. Looking into a new gym where they aren’t so controlling,

Very nice gym, everything is clean and there is enough equipment for everyone. The added bonus is plenty of parking, which is so hard to find in gyms in downtown Miami. The locker rooms are better now as well with a working steam room. The only issue I have is with the lockers being all locked with barely any free.

Awesome gym with every machine you could need. If you are looking for training you MUST book with Francisco! I see him not only my trainer, but my friend because his job doesn't stop at YMCA's door. Franscisco is constantly motivating me with uplifting messages before and after our sessions, helping me remain focused and positive. He not only elevates your knowledge on fitness but also on nutrition and mindset. Franscisco has a true understanding of complete life style changes required to reach fitness goals. He is always pushing me to my limit, helping me realize my true potential. His creativity shines through his planned workouts that are never the same. Not only am I watching my body and health transform but I am having fun doing it. You will never find Franscisco without a smile!

Great gym. BUT!

Its an amazing gym, clean, friendly and more than all the machines I would ever want, so def 5 stars. The only thing holding it back are its hours of operation. It would be a perfect gym if they extended their hours to times people in Miami live life. Should close at 10PM weeknights, 8PM weekends. Right now it closes at 9PM on weekdays, 8PM on Friday and 4PM Sat & Sun. Every workout to me feels rushed. This is Miami.these hours are what we need.

I came here with my husband to check it out since we moved nearby. This gym is probably the best I've seen in Miami for the value. And not a SINGLE TRIPOD OR INFLUENCER IN SIGHT. *ugh* amazing. A gym for normal people who actually want to work out. They have all kinds of cool little side rooms and areas for people who like to work out in more privacy. The locker rooms were immaculate and very spacious and well stocked. Finding the place the first time was a little hard, but once we figured it out, it is actually so amazingly convenient and more importantly. SO MUCH CHEAPER than the other "gyms" in Miami.

This was my first time at this YMCA location downtown miami. It's conveniently located right next to a whole foods and the movie theater. Also the YMCA at this location validates parking, so you can park in their garage and get free parking up to two and a half hours. The facility is very clean and has all the amenities that you would want. Although it does not have a swimming pool at this location, it does have a steam room. I will definitely return to this location when I'm on this side of town. I normally go to the Hollywood location right after work since I work in Fort lauderdale.

My younger brother loves this gym. It's great that it helps his fitness and confidence.
