I am currently in the LPN program at DOXA and I have enjoyed every bit of learning especially with Dr. D she makes it easy to understand for everyone and she makes sure she gives you all the tools needed to be successful. Dr. D works with you everyone when it comes to the tuition. If you are eager to learn and put in actual work to work hard toward your future success Doxa is the school for you!

No structure, zero communication. I wish I had something positive to say as I support small establishments but I have nothing but negative experiences since the beginning till they cancelled my night class. I invested in appropriate sneakers, changed my work schedule all for nothing.

Dr. Angeline, your response further proves you can not accept constructive criticism. When you have adults committed to their education and attempting to develop their credentials to give back to the community. If there was appropriate communication in advance this would not have failed. I am committed to my betterment. My file was completed before you returned from your vacation. If your enrollment and staffing was not enough to support a night class it should have been communicated in advance.

I am enjoying my time in the LPN class. Great instructors especially my current instructor Dr Angeline is exceptional. They care about your success and ensure you get the study materials you need to be successful. Receptionist is very courteous and manerly.

Unprofessional owner, shut people up in your face for no reason, go to this place is a waste time and money. After driving my sister for one month for an HHA class it was really disappointing. Not recommended. Reply do you have a foodstamp office or welfare office? Someone just immigrate country and comes to you school don't want to be dependent. It's tou who want grab money from people and don't want to give what you suppose to give you are the miserable one who want to make miserable like you, junkie you don't even have a driver's license and you come tell people miserable

I started the LPN class at Doxa in July and so far it’s been a great experience. Dr. Angeline has been so helpful and understanding. The atmosphere here is amazing from the students, to the staff everyone always has a positive attitude.

I’m in the LPN program. Dr Angeline is our instructor right now for Anatomy and she cares about us having all the knowledge we will need. She is extremely kind, understanding and forgiving.

That said, this is not grade school. This curriculum is a lot of information and you have to want it and put in a lot of effort. An instructor can’t force you to spend time studying and doing your work. They’re here to guide you along the way and provide you with the information. They are not here to take notes for you or give you the answers to tests.

If you truly desire to be in healthcare and are willing to put in the necessary work to accomplish your goals come to DOXA, Dr. Angeline is very caring and motherly to her students. If you’re trying and need her to explain things she will stop and take the time. She even helps recommend where to get funding for tuition

This is the most unprofessional business I have ever had the experience dealing with. Starting at the top and moving down. Mind blowing unprofessionalism. Please do your homework on this “school” before you pay them a dime.

My mother attended this school in 2019 for her CNA. She got sick and lost everything in her storage including her Certificate. She has since been in contact with the owner Angeline about a replacement certificate so she can use it to work until she can pay to take the state board but has been rejected several time. I have tried to call on behalf of a replacement certificate for my mom but again the women Angeline only hangs up. Now I was told that my mother have to pay an additional $600 just to get a certificate made over not take a new class not nothing just a replacement certificate not to mention the class itself was over $600 I don’t think this is fair and I will be reporting to Better Business Bureau and the Board of nursing! We have to learn to treat people the way we want to be treated.

If i could leave a negative star on this school i would! They are totally unprofessional, inconsiderate and all over the place! For months we didnt have the books we needed to learn, we paid for books & uniforms the uniforms do not fit. You cant speak to the director she is totally rude and will make it seem like everything is your fault. Teachers have quit, students have dropped out! They had a weekend class that had to be shut down due to a teacher quitting and told them they had to move to either a day class or night class. One girl had to drop out all the way because that didnt fit her schedule they never gave her any of her hard earned money back! Clinicals was a hot mess! We started clinicals before even being able to give meds, shots/draw blood etc so we basically just stood around for no reason. Most students have to take remedial courses because the director and teachers just throw you to the wolves and barely teach you anything! If you are looking to go to this school i suggest you dont even waste your time or money. Just terrible. Money wasted, time wasted. But I will get my LPN with another school. I'm warning anyone else dont waste your money.
