I had my whole house, pool area, drive way and walk ways pressure washed. I am super extreme happy. Everything looks awesome and is really clean. Just had my driveway pressure washed today. Very pleased with results. Scheduler & tech both professional.

I was attending to my yard this morning I observed this company's representative pressure washing a tile roof in a nearby townhome complex. While on the tile roof the man was screaming down to another woman company representative on the ground. In fact, he was cussing her out for not efficiently moving the water hose. The screaming continued for almost an hour which I found very unprofessional of the vendor. I own multiple properties in Pinellas County plus sit on two HOA Boards and I guarantee I will never contract this company. Appalling!

We would like to thank Mauricio and his staff for doing a excellent sealing job on our new pavers. Initially there was a small issue and when brought to Mauricios attention it was immediately resolved. Mauricio and his team are true professionals and go above and beyond to ensure you the customer are pleased with their work. I would highly recommend them! Thanks again for everything!

I have used DPI/Maurcio for several pressure washing jobs here. They are great at that. Show up on time etc.

However, used them for travertine sealing and brick back in July. They are not an expert and has not address mold/green growing on brand new travertine installed in June! Had to chase him down several times of when he was going to finish the job. Gave me several excuses about weather and being busy. Pushing a repeat client away and putting us at the bottom of the list of his "busy" schedule. I am tired of being put last, make someone else wait! Said he would be back and would never show. Finally did show, never called, never told us he was coming and resprayed brick sealer, around furniture! And still never address travertine! Terrible. I don't like to write negative reviews, but I am done giving someone the benefit of the doubt and being taken advantage of.

What a joke, sets an appt with me for Monday at 10am. Then decides to change my appt without a call/text/email to saturday at 8: 30am, and they come over BANGING on my door till i come outside. I ask them who they are and what they are doing here because ofcourse this little hole in the wall company doesnt even have t-shirts or anything identifying who they are. So i decide to let them still do the job and that i would take it up with management, i call up there before they start and the owner decides to lie to cover his butt saying he sent an email when i checked my email before i even made the call. You must confirm appts with your customers, period! Dont just show up without an agreed appt, this company is a joke and highly unprofessional. The owner himself decided to get loud with me over his mistake so I canceled my appt.hope this review makes you choose another company like i did.

We booked our appointment for 9am today. The tech (Edwin?) showed up on the dot. Very professional and courteous, our pool deck and cage screens now look like new and it wasn't an easy job. The deck hadn't been pressure washed in YEARS. Very happy with this company and it's technician.

Very happy now, they did wrong house first but made it up to me. Free window cleaning.im thankful the owner took time to come to my house and explain what happen. I'm now very happy. Ty. They didn't stop till I was happy.

Terrific work. I am more than pleased with the end result. My tile roof was not cleaned for over 7 years now. And had algae and pollen soiled all over it.

The service crew came out ahead of schedule and did a very through job bringing it back to new condition.

I would highly recommend DPI Pressure Washing for any service. There team is very professional. Scheduling was easy and I did not have to wait weeks (like most cleaners). And the pricing was very fair and well worth the investment.
