At dr mamsa’s office there is almost no waiting and the dr is awesome, he talks to you like if he was family. He takes time and listens to what you need to say. The staff is also great!

This is the first time I’ve looked up reviews for this Doctor, and what a surprise! I’m not the only angry reviewer.
Pretty much all of the others complaints happened to me as well.
The front desk is a joke. Their English is terrible, and they do not know how to manage appointments. They also scheduled my follow up appointment and then denied I had one when I arrived. They even left me a voicemail asking me to do their job.to get a fax number from my doctor. They’ve never sent my test results to my PCP. This was about ago. I am reporting them for insurance fraud.

I’ve never been contacted by this office to give me my results.
Am I allowed to sue them for malfeasance?

I have been seeing Dr. Mamsa for over 20 years. I highly recommend him for anyone and I wouldn’t go to anyone else. I always look forward to our visits.

In a week period, they only picked up the Phone one time. Took all the information and stated that someone will call back to give me an appointment. I have called daily, leaving messages and still have not received a call back. After all am glad, am able to avoid, being their patient. If you have call so much to get a appointment look somewhere else!

My experience was excellent. He spent time with me. Answered my questions. Started meds slow and low will check with me to see if need to increase. I am pleased. I also like his office staff. Pleasant and friendly.

Dr. Mamsa is a doctor who listens, has a good heart and cares about his patients. As a neurologist he is the best.
I’ve been his patient for 14 years, if your looking for a good and caring neurologist I highly recommend him.

It is impossible to reach anyone at this office. This office has antiquated setup and unresponsive support staff. God help you if you need a prescription refill for critical meds. No one answers the phone, no one returns phone calls, there is no working answering service and they really don't seem to care what happens to their patients. I was told by CVS that I cannot refill my prescriptions although I have refills, because someone stole Dr. Mamsa's prescription pad and has been writing prescriptions all over the county. They need further authorization from the doctor, whose office never informed their patients of this problem so we could prepare ahead of time. CVS and I have both been calling Dr. Mamsa's office for several days and we can't reach anyone. No one is getting back to either of us. Patient health does not appear to be a priority.

Super excellent amazing Neurologist. My first visit with him a will recommend to anyone. Explained my diagnosis in a simple understanding manner and answered all my questions. Also made questions that made me see how knowledgeable he is in his field. Very satisfied.
