This is my second visit to Dr Skigen. He is very professional and truly cares about your comfort. His staff is wonderful. I would highly recommend.

Do not go to the Amelia island office! Made an appointment in May for July. Appointment came and the office called to see if my husband could come in earlier because the doctor wanted to leave early. My husband works at the paper mill and that was not possible. They rescheduled him after he was already on his way. Today was his rescheduled appointment and once again they asked if he could come in earlier. This time they called two days in advance to say the Dr wasn’t feeling well and wanted all the patients in by 1: 00 (his appointment was at 2: 00) well once again he arrived to his appointment at 1: 45 just to be told that they don’t do the work that he needed done anymore! What? Why didn’t you tell me this when I made the appointment back in May? This is so unprofessional. On top of that the office manager Ashley was so rude and had zero compassion or empathy.

DO NOT GO HERE! Dr. Massaro was rude, abrupt, in a rush to pull my tooth and leave. I have received dental care many times, including extractions, but this was more like butchery. He made no attempt to put me at ease, jammed a needle so hard and deep into the roof of my mouth that I screamed in pain. He said nothing. He worked quickly as if in a rush to leave, never asking if I was okay. His assistant demanded payment while I was in the chair, before the doctor did any work. After what felt more like an angry violent assault, I was paying at the front desk and the doctor said 'time for beer", ignored me and rushed out of the office. Disgusting treatment. No bedside manner. Has he even heard of the Hippocratic oath? AVOID!

Fantastic oral surgeon! I have had great results and so has my daughter, I’d highly recommend.
