If your child is suffering from food allergies and asthma this is the doctor you need to see. Dr. Bagg is treating my son for severe peanut and egg food allergies and we are so thankful for his expertise and care. The oral immunotherapy has yielded positive results under Dr. Bagg’s treatment plan.

Great doctor and amazing staff. Took the time to explain everything and answer all my questions. I will highly recommend. Many of my friends visit him and no complaints.

I highly recommend Dr. Bagg and his team. My allergies and asthma are under control thanks to him. He is very nice, thorough, and truly cares about his patients. I wish all doctors were like him. His staff is very pleasant and always get back to me in a timely manner.

Been going to Dr. Bagg for over five years. He is honest and knowledgeable, he puts me at ease and his staff is courteous and kind.

Apparently they don't need new patients. Called four times, never talked to a live person. Left three voicemail messages for someone to call me so I could schedule an appointment and never received a return call.

Well, so far my experience with Dr. Bagg's Dr. Phillips office has been pretty poor and unprofessional. I can't even get an appointment with him because his front desk won't return my voicemails (even though their recording says calls are returned within 12 to 24 hours). 3 1/2 weeks later, I call back and a lady answers the phone (finally!) only to promptly put me on hold. She leaves me on hold for 10 minutes. This is not an exaggeration. Great thing about cell phones is the fact that they time the calls. My husband calls their office from his phone and gets the voicemail recording. Really? Why on earth would I go to this office if the simple matter of booking an appointment is too difficult? I will be calling my PCP, who referred me by the way, to let him know of this dreadful experience and to please refer me to someone who is willing to help me. The only reason they are getting 1 star is because google won't let me post without giving at least that.

Dr. Bagg has really helped me out. My quality of life has significantly improved since he started treating me. His staff is always courteous and efficient.

Saw Dr Bagg for my 3 year old. My primary thought she potentially had asthma and sent me to a specialist. They didn’t try to even peak flow her and every time I went back and said the meds aren’t working they would just increase the dosage. He understood my daughter was shy and the nurse let me work with my daughter to get an accurate peak flow and determined no asthma and got her off all the meds. He is very smart and also took the time to explain in Easy understood language. Thank you.

Called made an appointment gave them my insurance information.went 3 WEEKS with discomfort and they called me 2 days before my appointment date to tell me they didn't take my insurance. Knowing i was so uncomfortable and called 2 weeks prior to follow up with them. Do not waste your time at this office. The lady that called didnt even apologize for the inconvenience, just said "yup we dont take ypur insurance "
