I was a patient of Dr. Patel and thought she was a good caring doctor until she wanted to force meds on me. I have been losing weight and instead of being supportive she was rude and veas an unrealistic approach to my situation. I am very disappointed I thought she was nicer but I was wrong. I will not recommend her to anyone.

I absolutely love this doctor! I never have a problem making or rescheduling an appointment for getting her on the phone for telemed. She does a great job explaining everything to me genuinely caring about my health and I would not want any other doctor. Thank you Anita Patel for always taking care of me!

Anita Patel is extremely rude and condescending, along with not being very intelligent, nor knowing how to run her own office. She is a disaster area on many levels and we found that we could not trust her.

So for an hour to hear that my copay was $100. I explained to the woman behind the counter that that didn't sound right she insisted that she looked at the website and that it said that my co-pay was $100. So I told him no way am I going to pay you what it cost to see a doctor with insurance. I called my insurance company told me that that was not true that it was a $50 copay that the woman was mis mistaken I'm not sure of this company is trying to double-dip get paid by the insurance company and the if so that is very poor practices like everyone said before I wish I would have read ratings on this person before I chose to deal. But you don't know till you know it kind of sucks.

Dr. Anita Patel is a professional and highly skilled doctor. She cares for your health and will give you the right medicine – not just “what you think is the best for you”. Her diagnosis is precise, and she will go an extra mile to get your health back in shape. Dr. Anita Patel will spend the time needed to talk to you and go through your charts. You have tried the rest, now, try the best! Highly recommended family doctor.

Dr. Patel has been my primary care physician since 2010. She takes plenty of time to explain what is happening with my health. I am happy with her care in every way. She is careful to not keep me waiting for long periods of time in the front waiting room or in the exam rooms. She is easy to talk with.

I had an appointment today. I needed a prescription and testing done. Sending a prescription electronically takes what 1 or 2 minutes? Testing was my main concern. Testing was disregarded because she was the only Doctor there today and “very busy”That was the reason I scheduled the appointment.

If I could give Anita Patel less than 1 star I would. I am disappointed with myself that I have not read reviews before even making my 1st appointment back in 2015. I have been seen by her 4 times since then and never liked her as she seems extremely disingenuous as well as talks with you like you are a 4 year old. However, the reason for this review is not because of her snobbish personality and quality (more of a lack of) as a Doctor, but because I just went to see her 3 weeks ago for my well check and it was the very first time her receptionists told me there was a portal I could access my results from. When I enrolled I was shocked about what she had under my name in Medical Summary Tab: "Weight loss advised, exercise regimen counseling, food education, guidance and counseling, target weight discussed, Moderation of ETOH (alcohol) consumption, have advised to take a well balanced diet with plenty of fresh juice and vegetables and follow up for hypertension". That is not even it, she also had "disorders of kidney and ureter" as well as "disorders of breast". THAT IS AN ABSOLUTE LIE! Not only has she not discussed these topics with me, it is also unnecessary to discuss as blood pressure is normal and my BMI is 23, I exercise 3-4 times per week as well as eat a very well-balanced diet. I do not smoke, never have and I may consume alcohol 1-2 per month, if not less. She has never examined my breasts, ever, nor have I reached out to her in regards to UTI/anything that has to do with ureter. When I called her office to ask why I see these types of falsified diagnosis under my name, they were speechless. Promised to call me back, called me back with no answers to my concerns. I asked for Dr.to give me a call to explain herself and it has been 5 days with no call back. I reached out to them again, and not surprisingly, no call back. Drove there to ask Anita Patel in person and she had nothing to respond except for her condescending remarks about "me being difficult as a patient". I have never had 1 single issue with her as I only saw her 4 times since 2015 for my well-checks which is a 15-minute appointment. She never even needed to write me a script for anything. Instead of taking accountability for her malpractice, she told me to find a different Dr's office as I was no longer welcome there. I would not go back even if she was last Dr.in the entire state of Florida. What an awful practice, front desk staff as well as misleading and dishonest Doctor. STAY AWAY AND FIND SOMEONE ESLE OTHER THAN THIS DECEIVING FAMILY MEDICINE SPECIALIST.

I have been visiting Dr. Patel's office since 2020 and every time I go they treat me very well. Everyone in the office is very compassionate and respectful. I'm visiting this office since 2020, and they always treat me good. All the ladies in this office are very compassionate and very respectful.

Patients who choose a doctor should not have to see a different doctor every visit. It's annoying because Dr. Patel is good but she's basically absent

Worst experience ever. Dr. Anita K, never actually look into your medical records to know exactly what's going, she is very dismissive to the root cause of the issue and only want to prescribe medication, when she is thinks that this is a mental issue instead of actually medical issue. I had to demand a request for additional labs to be taken. Even after being seen Anita K refused to provide a doctor's note without any reason. I've never been treated so poorly. DO NOT RECOMMEND! Reporting them to the insurance company as well.
