Dr. Anuj Sharma, DO, Inverness FL

I’ve been going to this doctor for over 13 years. He has no personality and doesn’t really care about you. Staff doesn’t label your urine specimen tells me to put it down with the others. I saw her label mine and 3 others at the same time. They said i had oxycodone my urine not true. I’ve never had a problem in 13 years. I only take what he prescribed for me nothing else. Your staff messed up not me. Now I’ve been discharged he only cares about the money. How many patients he can fit in a day. I only went to this clown because of my SS disability. If you need a doctor for meds to for your disability. Then this so called doctor is the one for you. If you need a real caring doctor this is definitely not the one. Thanks doctor sharma I’ve always wanted to tell you what a jerk you really are. And when you pretend to know me at least Pronounce my name right. Self centered and arrogant that’s good o doctor ANUJ SHARMA, D. O.

Great doctor been with him for almost a year helped me with all the steps to get to where I'm at now staff is professional very happy will recommend to anyone

Isn’t aware of patient rights and their rights to view their records electronically without charge! Maybe they need a course on patient rights

I came from a different state to Florida with chronic pain caused by severe osteoarthritis and spinal stenosis. I have had surgeries on my neck and on my lower back and this has been a few years. There are certain medication’s that I have been taking during the entire course of my situation. I come to Florida find out that is strict rules on medication’s, which I am more than willing to follow as I am not on any opiates, and have not been for quite a while. I guess it just takes a long time for doctors and insurance companies down here in Florida to get the right test done but we’ve been waiting on an MRI before this doctor would do anything for me, and I have been to see him two or three times now with him doing nothing but saying he’s got to set up the MRI. This last time I went in not only did he do nothing again because the MRI is coming up in a week but he is taking medication‘s that are non-opiate medication‘s things that are helping me so I can live as much of a full life as I can and he’s decreasing the amounts. I called to the office to ask why and the lady told me be careful what you say because we’re recording and I said good. I hope you are and then I explain to her what my question was and she said I could only talk to the doctor about it so my review for this doctor just like the other pain medical doctor I seen since I’ve been down here for almost a year is not good these doctors are really need to be helped. Do you really think taking medication away from somebody is helping them? And also, these are not opiate medication’s I am taking. If anyone can you tell me a good reason for this I sure would appreciate it so my review is a thumbs down.
UPDATE: I have seen this doctor five or six times now each time he did nothing said he could do nothing as I said above till I had an MRI which I understood so I finally received an MRI from this doctor. He took a look at it and said that I had a really bad back and first his office told me he said for me to find a surgeon then he said no come in and he would explain it to me so I’m thinking finally something is getting done for all of the office calls, he built my insurance for Ann did nothing. I go to a different state for the summers so when I got back to Florida like I said I went and saw him yet again he said he can offer me Physical Therepy aquatic therapy, steroid injections, but it shows that you have tried all these and none have really worked for you, and I said no they haven’t. Then he told me well keep taking your Motrin and your gabapentin and I’ll see you in a month. I looked at him and said you won’t be seeing me in a month. I’m not coming in here if if you’re not going to help me that’s when he proceeded to say look here, sweetheart I’ve offered you quite a few things that you could do and you aren’t responding to any of them.first off I am not the doctor sweetheart especially when I’m called Heart in a sarcastic Voice. He did not suggest what he thought would be helpful to me. He did not ever suggest he just rattled off the same things that I’ve done over and over and my back is beyond them now he said he wouldn’t recommend surgery, so how can he help me? He just laughed at me. Then I get a letter saying that they are discharging me from their service which was after I said, I do not want an appointment I will not be coming back, sorry this man in my eyes took it for granted that I was looking for drugs, and I was not. I am very offended, and I’m not with it that man does not have the right to laugh at me. If you could see MRI you would Understand. This man should be reported.

I would not go to this doctor he has no compassion for his patients he said he was giving me a nerve block but yet had no xray machine to do it instead just poked me in my back several times with who knows what medication and then charged my insurance for a nerve block.when all was said and done I didn't even get a goodbye or have a nice day or anything he just left and eventually I figured out we were done and left the room.also failed to read my chart that was in his folder and did not know anything about my injuries and already told me I was too young for medication then i told him gabapentin makes me sick and he still called that in for me. I pray this man never feels the kind of pain I am in and I'm also praying to God this man gets his stuff together and ctually starts helping people instead of judging them by their age.

Their phone message states that 'your call is important to us'. Sadly that obviously is far from being truthful as it's impossible to get a return call. After 4 days of daily calls trying to schedule appointment (and yes, each time called both of their phone numbers). NADA. NO RETURN CALL! Wished they at least have the decency of calling to let me know that they, (for to me unknown reasons), are no longer interested in having me as a patient.but, not even that.
Dr. Sharma himself is great, but apparently his staff does not know, or refuses to answer calls (messages). Too bad!

I'm only writing this post because I called may 1st to see if the Dr was excepting new patients, which they are. My primary sent over a referral right away due to the severity of my new mri. I have called weekly and I either get voice mail or the Dr has yet to read my referral. I am a cancer survivor and now have lupus, RA and fibro. I own a small farm, single mom of 3 young kids and I can barely function some days. It is now almost July and I have yet to get a response about making an appointment. My old pain management dr is too far for me to drive to and he only wanted to dope me up on pills which I don't want. I heard this dr is amazing so that's not what this post is about. I just hope someone from the office reads this to know that I need to be seen asap. I wake up in tears everyday because it hurts just to walk upstairs to get my son out of his crib. Please help.

I take my neighbor to dr sharma and can’t say enough he’s got the best bedside manor and his staff is amazing.

Dr. Sharma has been great assisting me with my lower back pain & nerve pain. The staff is very helpful as well. I've recommended him a few times! Very thankful for his great personality, patience & knowledge.

I've been seeing him since last year and I think he's one of the better ones. He answered my questions, gave me advice on how to deal with my back pain. I felt like he really listened to me.

Fantastic Doctor. Office staff very friendly and helpful. You could not find a better doctor.

Dr. Sharma is by far the kindest doctor I've ever had the blessing of coming into contact with. He's incredibly knowledgeable, proficient and a welcome oasis in the desert of doctors in central Florida. I'm so very grateful to have him as a member of my medical team. I could not possibly say enough wonderful things about this phenomenal doctor.
