Dr. Aparna Ambay, Wesley Chapel FL

I don’t even know where to start with this office and the treatment we received from Dr. Ambay. If there was a time where this was a good dermatologist, it’s unfortunately not the case anymore. It’s not about being perfect, they never get it right. From writing prescriptions correctly, sending them into the pharmacy, answering the phone or text messages, attitude from the front desk staff. It doesn’t matter what area of customer service or care, it’s the most frustrating doctor experience I have ever had.
