The Dr is great but the Manager assistant has a Poor service. She never greets on top of that she gave me attitude when I asked to fill out my work form due to surgery. She was mad and answer me that she doesn’t know when the the papers will be ready. I almost felt like I had to beg her to do my paper work. She took more than 2 weeks. On top that charged me 50.00 for the paper work when they only charged 25.00….
