My experience was excellent at Dr Fisllos office, Ingrid is the best hygienist and Dr Ricard is very thorough and explained services to me in a very professional manner and overall office is excellent.

Much needed teeth cleaning and the hygienist was very good and very nice.
And the process was very smooth.

For the first tome iI waited over 45 minutes to be seen as reveptionist kept telling Dr's assistant she had no one waiting for her.

I went the office yesterday with excruciating pain to my left lower molars and they took x-ray identifying that I have a broken tooth. Instead trying fix the problem I was given pain medication and antibiotics instead or the option to pay $1100.00 cash. I have dental insurance, but it was too late to get insurance approval, so I couldn't get any help unless I pay full amount. I went home in pain. I even offered to pay part of the amount or make a payment plan, but they told me no. I don't think that's good customer service. I am going to change dental provider.

The Staff is Pleasant, Professional and Knowledgeable. Lilly is Awesome and she always takes Great Care of Cleaning my Teeth’s. Thank you
