They were very patient with me! Dr Gagnon made me feel comfortable from the jump, her good energy is contagious. I’m definitely going to recommend her to a couple of my family members. Thank you so much!

Chantal and her team were the only professionals we could find that were able to help my mom in her time of need. They are caring and compassionate and I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking their services.

STAY FAR AWAY from this lady for your own health. Look elsewhere! She snaps on her patients! She falsey accuses them and lies. Her practices are very shady too! There are many other mental health professionals you can see. Look elsewhere!

THE WORST. A Complete disappointment. I was her patient for a while and the I shared how happy I was with my fiancé and brought him to her for some guidance on how to get ready for marriage and issues with kids from a previous marriage. She always said how great I was and what a great influence for this family, never anything negative. All great until one day we confused the appointment date, for the first time, and she charged me (because I was her patient and she was billing my insurance) a no-show fee. I was disappointed and we stopped seeing her but we figured out how to have harmony at home. Everything was great until the pandemic hit and we started having differences as I felt it was my responsibility to take care of my 85 yr old mother. We went back to her for help. She started the call with him and as soon as I got on the call she started taking his side, screaming and attacking me, saying lots of negative things about me she never said in all the many visits to her, making me feel very uncomfortable during the entire call. The worst part is that she betrayed our agreement as her patient and continued to see him regularly without me knowing, instead of saying there was a conflict of interest, and it wouldn’t be fair to treat him because she would be discussing confidential information without my consent, and not in my best interest. I realized he has been seeing her because I noticed he is biased against me, influenced by her using her psychological assessment of my personality as the cause of all our problems. If it wasn’t for her unethical behavior we could have found someone to help us get through these bumps on the road. Instead, our relationship is ending because of her negative influence. Things will never be the same after she shared negative comments about me and now he’s biased. It feels so wrong knowing I paid her trusting she had my back and she took advantage of that. Do not go to her. She will make you feel good to take her money and she’s very unethical and unprofessional.
