Dr. Matthews took exceptional care of our son when he broke his arm. We are fortunate to have such a skilled physician in our area who not only cares about his patient’s experience but gives outstanding medical care.

Xray was great. Doc was too. Hour wait was not. Having done scheduling for many years and know it's dictated by the doc or sadly insurance. They need to take their power back. They have to stop booking 10 min slots for 20 minute appts. Terrified of minutes not filled. Put no worries for hour waits. Be a shame to be relax with patience. The influx of people is only making it worse.

I was happy with my ortho appt at Twin Lakes location. Dr requested MRI. However, Imaging Dept has not received that request

It's great to be out of pain and able to use my thumb again. Thanks to your super staff and you, Dr. Matthews.

No long wait time, new patient forms were able to be filled out via mobile app which saved tons of time. Physicians Assistant, she was knowledgeable and very informative regarding my diagnosis and treatment. Front office staff, they were both pleasant. Can’t leave out the X-ray tech, awesome guy. See you in 6 weeks.
