I did not see the doctor himself. However, I scheduled an appointment online. They called the next day to change the appointment time and verify my insurance. I was told this network was accepted only to get to the appointment and be told that it was not.this doctor was listed as in network with my insurance and verified with my insurance that it is the providers responsibility to update on their end if they no longer take the insurance. It’s not acceptable to waste a patients time when I could have been searching for other providers.
