Dr. Ferrer is the best orthodontist in town! She has been amazing at treating my ortho needs. I was in treatment at another office for years without seeing any results so I decided to switch offices. Within a month of seeing Dr. Ferrer, my gap started closing and my teeth are already looking great! I’m almost at the finish line…can’t wait to see the final results. Love the office staff as well…friendly and knowledgeable!

Dr Ferrer and the rest of the staff were really pleasant and helpful. They took their time to make me feel welcomed and to break down each one of the options available.

Dr. Ferrer and her staff are incredibly professional and accommodating. Each time I visit, I am more impressed. As an adult who had braces before, I’m pretty sure I’m not the only one who forgot to wear my retainers!

I noticed some of my teeth were getting crooked again, so I wanted to explore my options before they kept getting worse.

I constantly get ads on social media about some companies where you do it yourself at home and they mail you your trays.

This sounded tempting. However, being a doctor myself, I was a bit hesitant when I found out that those “cheaper” options do not take xrays and you do not get to see a doctor during your evaluation or during treatment.

Dr. Herrero helped me understand the possible risks and dangers in moving teeth without doctor supervision, as well as the limitations in moving my teeth due to the need of attachments and reshaping some of my teeth to make room (you need the doctor for this).

I am so happy I went to see Dr Francisco Herrero! He took his time to discuss all of my options, using state of the art digital Xrays and photos, as well as a clinical exam where he evaluated not only my teeth but also my facial esthetics!

The office is super clean, and Dr. Herrero worked together with his team to make me feel comfortable at all times.

I am currently using Invisalign to correct my crowded teeth and am very happy that I went to see an orthodontist specialist to take care of my smile.

Love em! They're so professional and have amazing customer service. Everyone is always working together and making sure everything is afloat. I remember when I first started my treatment plan last year and I had my 2 kids with me. They were so patient with me and even helped me with them and played with them.it meant a lot to me I was overwhelmed. Even with the craziness they always make sure to make a quick conversation they answer most of the time. I couldn't be any happier.

The worst, most unprofessional orthodontist office I have ever been to. My son started his treatment in March of 2018. We paid a 700.00 deposit and began monthly payments. As a retired/disabled combat army veteran, I receive dental insurance. Because the military changed insurance companies before they filed a claim but after treatment started, the orthodontist office said that my insurance didn't cover already started work. First, they dropped the ball for waiting to file the claim. Second, my insurance company does cover work in progress tricare retirees. We've explained this multiple times. They turned my son away for an appointment, they began screening our calls after multiple messages from us and my insurance company. They are refusing treatment even though they did not complete it. Today is July 13,2020 and they still do not return my calls. My insurance company has called and left messages. My son has a huge metal bracket to the roof of his mouth and they can't even answer the phone. We've paid over two thousand dollars, approximately 2400.00 and what my insurance would cover would put us overpaying. I have contacted the Florida health department to file a formal written complaint against this office. I am also filing a formal written complaint again the orthodontist's license. This is patient abandonment. DO NOT GO THERE!

First time using Dr. Ferrer at Eastside Orthodontics. I was absolutely blown away with the level of care and friendliness of the staff. Everyone was amazing. I wasn't sure what to expect but when the doctor personally called me the next day to see how I was doing, if I had any questions and to let me know I could come in at any time or call if I did need something answered, that's the kind of care and service I love to see.

Found the staff to be extremely friendly and informative. I appreciated the time they took to make sure I had the right information and knew what to expect. Means a lot for a business to go out of the way like that. Great service!

Probably the best experience I’ve had visiting an orthodontist. Almost no wait time, everyone was friendly and they literally answered probably 100 questions between my visits and phone calls.

The assistants are extremely nice snd the provide a great environment in the office. Usually getting my teeth worked on is an excruciating process but they make it bearable here.
