Dr. Deepak Tikku, DeBary FL

Receptionist was rude to my mother had no interest in helping my sister getting in with the doctor even though she was having seizures. She found it offensive when my mom was treating her with the same tone she was giving her but it was deserved you do not talk to patients like that.

Receptionist was friendly and efficient. Dr. Tikku made me feel welcome and I appreciate how he spoke to like we are new friends just having a conversation.

My husband has been going to Dr. Tikka for approximately 15 years and has been great with him. He even took care of my son who is autistic a few years until my son's insurance changed. Dr. Tikka is a great Dr. I never had a negative issue with the receptionist always have been helpful with us.

I would like to reply to any of the reviews that are any less than excellent care, or of the receptionist who I have been a patient for many years. Dr. Tikku is an excellent neurologist and Annie is nothing less than awesome herself. If anyone says anything negative, they would be wrong about how much Dr. Tikku really cares about his patients and Annie has been my favorite receptionist I have ever met. Both care about their patients and are extremely knowledgeable about their skills.

This is the most unprofessional doctor and office. I urge everyone to go to another doctor. They have NO respect for ppl or clients. The deak receptionist is rude and disrespectful, the doctor will not reprimand her for her nasty attitudes. And He gave a improper result and tried to cover it up by refusing to further treat the client.

The receptionist is the rudest I have ever had to deal with. She needs to be removed and reassigned to a broom and mop duties. MOST disrespectful!

Dr. Tikku is the very first Dr. That called me at my home and truly cared about what was going on with me. He took the time and truly listened
And to top it off. I have been trying for weeks to get a wheelchair from my primary Dr. I told Dr Tikku that they were not delivering and Dr. Tikku stepped up to the plate and got me a wheelchair
That to me is just awesome. Also his office assistant is also very nice and caring.

Do NOT go to this doctor! The nurses and the receptionist are the rudest people I have EVER met in my life! They do not make accommodations for people with anxiety at all. It doesn’t matter at all! If you have a medical condition that prevents you from attending your appointment alone. I went with my husband to his appointment to only be talked to nasty and rude because of a mental health issue. They discriminate against people with mental illnesses! I will make sure I post on every page because this is completely unacceptable! If you are a doctors office and discriminating against people who have severe anxiety or any type of mental illness then you should not be up and running as a doctors office at all!

Very, very good doctor whom I had the pleasure of finding, absolutely wonderful. Dr Tikku is Great listener and very compassionate

Doctor could care less about figuring out what’s wrong with me. When I would go for my appointment he would say” sorry I never looked at your results”. Seems like he didn’t care and was tired. Save your self some time and don’t bother trying to get help here.

Office girl is rude, disrespectful and Nasty I hope no one ever treats her the way she treated us.
The office assistant who is there to handle patients, influences who gets treated by Dr.
So if she doesn’t like you she will make sure Dr does not treat you.
This is not slander it is Fact.

Great Doc not your typical Neurologist actually has a personality. Spent time with me discussed my issue and was straight forward. Trying a few things to resolve it. All in all I like this guy as well as his approach and knowledge. Didn’t go for the typical multiple tests right out of the gate.

He is so caring and nice! Been seeing them since 2012 and he's been nothing but understanding and helpful.

I love Dr. Tikku! I have been through testing for 2 years trying to figure out what is wrong with me! Finally, my primary referred me to Neurology. Dr. Tikku figured it out within a few visits. Turns out that I have a very rare autoimmune disorder. Before this Dr. I had never heard of it. He listens and he waits until all testing is back to make a diagnosis. Dr. Tikku gave me my life back! I will be forever grateful! Also, Anna his office manager is very caring and knowledgeable! I will be a forever patient!

Dr Tikku and Ann the front desk person are wonderful. I remember first seeing them when I was pregnant in 2014 for my seizure disorder. I followed them from Lady Lake to a DeBary. It was with a heavy heart I had to switch practices (two of my children have epilepsy as well) and we needed closer care for all of us. I’d recommend them to anyone. They are worth the drive! He’s funny, smart, efficient and respectful. I’ll miss them.

Would not go to this office not only is doctor uses you as a Ginnie pig his nurse is very rude and they tell you there is a copay even if there isn't one there trying to get money when they shouldn't

Wow the office person who really could care less if we got an appointment is not doing this doctor any favors when you have a problem you should be able to get into see a doctor
