Eric is a phenomenal Physical Therapist. I saw him for a back injury that left me almost unable to stand. He designed a program for my specific injury and limitations that quickly had me upright and building back my strength within the first few days. With the foundation he helped build for my recovery I am now getting back to full activity quicker than I thought possible.

He has a superior depth of knowledge of spine, disc, and nerve root injuries and a results oriented approach which made a huge difference for me. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

I started going to see Dr. Alexander after I developed some pain my right shoulder due to weightlifting. Dr. Alexander immediately was able to determine the cause of the pain, and showed me various exercises/stretches to strengthen the area. He also gave me some new techniques for lifting which have limited the stress on my shoulders. After only a few sessions, the pain has gone away and I have been able to return to lifting without any limitations. Would highly recommend!

I went to Eric after having 7 left knee surgeries and spending years in physical therapy with a multitude of therapists. Eric is the most knowledgeable therapist that I’ve been to and I have had tremendous progress in a few short weeks. He is very hands on and has helped me not only with rehabbing from my seventh left knee surgery, but has also offered extremely helpful advice for shoulder and low back pain that I had been having. Dr. Eric has been one of the most helpful, encouraging people in my life. I sprained my ankle really bad and Dr. Eric Alexander helped me recover like if nothing had happened! He took time the time to patiently work with me at my own pace and maintained a really good relationship asking frequently how I was feeling, even during the hard COVID-19 times he kept in touch to ask me how the ankle recovery was doing, if I was doing my home exercises, and if I've had any pains. I’ve been dealing with a collapsed arch for two years. Not only has it been painful, it became a heavy burden on my mind as the pain increased. I wanted to thank Dr. Eric Alexander from Fox Physical Therapy for helping me finally move my shoulder properly. I have been dealing with shoulder issues for 10 years including two operations (5 years before the operations and 5 years after). I had dozens of physical therapist’s, some were good, but none close to the level of Eric. After the operation I couldn’t move my arm forwards above my chest and to the side above my waist. I had mainly given up when my husband convinced me to try physical therapy one more time. After three short months with Eric I am able to move my arm above my head. This is truly unbelievable. I had muscles that weren’t firing and he had me do exercises to activate and strengthen these muscles. So, if you are one of those people that feel that physical therapy hasn’t helped and is a waste of time, please try working with Eric before totally giving up. For me, this is truly a miracle. I can’t recommend Dr. Eric highly enough.
