Great visit, the doctor took time to explain the results. Testing was really good and accurate. I can’t wait to come back. Worth the visit even though they are out of network for my specific insurance, I’m still coming here.

My experience was great! I loved that Dr. Feenstra took his time to explain to me the health of my eyes. He and his staff were very friendly and they made sure I was comfortable.

Felt extremely rushed and didn’t feel like my questions got answered. I won’t be returning to this location. The previous doctors who were there before Dr. Feenstra were 10x better. My appointment wasn’t even supposed to be with Feenstra, I scheduled it with another person named Ashley. They didn’t even explain why I couldn’t see her or tell me what I wouldn’t be seeing her, I found out when Dr. Feenstra came out and took me back for the appointment.

Very Pleasant and experience Dr. Forrest is Dr. Forrest explained outcome of my first time exam. She was very detailed and oriented. I definitely will continue to visit if need be. THANK YOU DR. FORREST AND STAFF#YOUROCK.

Dr. Feenstra and the nurses were INCREDIBLE! Not only did we arrive early for the appt, but
we were totally surprised when Dr. Feenstra saw my wife immediately and helped her with a
CORRECT RX for her after she went to the Waterford Lakes office and had the test done by two
(2) different doctors who both got her Rx wrong. We look forward to when she can come back
to try on her new Rx glasses so she can SEE again! Thanks, Dr. Feestra!

This was the most efficient eye exam I have ever experienced. Everyone was friendly. Everything was explained clearly. The entire process took less than 20 minutes. Excellent!

Always a good experience here. The level of technology used is really incredible, and the doctors are always very thorough in explaining what's going on. The staff is always very friendly, too, and I'm never left waiting beyond my appointment time. The attached Lenscrafters is also staffed by great people - Daniel T was especially helpful! We called Lenscrafters yesterday, and they informed us that our insurance VSP would be accepted. Today upon our arrival they checked us in right away and asked me to pay $128 after just a 5-minute exam and I was shocked. I didn't want to make a scene in front of other customers and I paid the amount. My husband found very upset as he was not working as last week he did his eye exam at the Colonial drive Lens Crafters he didn't ask to pay anything as per my insurance. Today I felt like they falsified the information over the phone and makes us upset and lost our trust in lens crafters. Very disappointed in the service that we received and we will not be returning to this location.

This experience is by far the best I've ever had in my life and the most exciting Eye exam ever Experience. It was quick and very amazed of how technology has come this far. Both customer service in the exam room and the choosen of my glasses with Bree was smooth and joyful, Bree was very honest with the shape color and style the I puck and how it fit my face she actually got me to change my look.
