2Not sure why the overall rating score of this doctor is so low. I have been his patient for a couple of years now, I am currently having my first baby and I honestly could not be any happier with the service. From front desk all the way to each and every doctor in the office I have spoken to. Dr. Cruz has so much experience and has been so caring each visit, just like every other doctor at this practice. I understand that sometimes not everyone has the same experience for X or Y reason. But I truly recommend Dr. Cruz and the Bayshore team. Feeling safe and happy with my pregnancy thanks to their support!
The ONLY reason I leave 4 stars instead of 5 is the wait time. I had to wait over an hour to be seen. Not a fan of that. BUT, Dr. Cruz and his staff (my nurse Crystal) were nice, friendly, and made me feel super comfortable and at ease throughout the whole process, which every woman knows, can be quite uncomfortable.
