4We waited over one hour and were not even able to see Dr. Franks in the end. This is just GREAT. We wanted to ask for some professional opinions and he didn’t come to us but only asked the nurse to pass a message and sent us away.
I would find another doctor. The well-check for my teen was not thorough to say the least. He sped through each part of the exam. I left feeling like we had wasted our time. When it came to her weight, he said, "She's not too fat or too thin. " Maybe he's uncomfortable with teens, but better with babies. We'll be going to a different location next time.
Does not answer phone.to make appt when it states open.does not allow but only one family member to go in with my daughter and newborn granson.grandson.which is rediculious
Why is it that you make an appointment and you still wait 2 hours the slowest iv ever been to.
