Dr. Ghyeath Ayoubi, MD, Orlando FL

Front desk lady was rude and impatient, the nurses were nice enough and the doctor is not worth seeing.

I came here with my sister because she was refered by the hospital after she wasn't able to keep food down for almost a week, when we got into Dr. Ghyeath's office my sister tries to begin to explain her pain, the whole time this guy is dismissing her and interrupting her then gives her a diagnosis after like 5 seconds of her trying to speak, tells her to take what the hospital gave her and then tried to push us out the room. Thank God she asked for an ultrasound because he was wrong, obviously, and turns out she has polyps.it gets better though! On her chart he says he can do nothing for her, no follow up (not that we wanted one) no reading material or list of foods maybe she could eat, basically he was useless

I don't recommend this doctor if you're young, a woman or a smoker.

Not exactly sure the role of Daphne at this office but she needs to be trained on customer service skills, she seriously lacks it. When working for a pcp you need to always be nice to patients, it doesn’t matter what the issue or circumstance. When I called on the phone she was beyond rude and I seemed to be bothering her.if that’s the case she should find another job not dealing with patients. Be nice Daphne, it’s free!

He is a excellent and thorough doctor who really cares about his patients. The staff is fantastic also. I highly recommend him!

The reason on witch why we go to the doctor is to go and find answers and that has been my experience every time. I get better within the hour after I leave. Straight forward and kind in my opinion very professional and so is the staff.

The rudest staff, luckily i just needed medical reports for my immigration document if i was sick and had to deal with these people. I would kill my self. Never explained the hidden charges, No sense of courtesy or willing to help. They didnt even explain me the results of my blood work and xrays.

STAY AWAY.

Extremely unknowlegable front desc personal. It was my first and last visit to the practice. Thay were going to charge me for well checkup $90 that is 100% covered by my insurance! Also after I confronted her on it (they it names were May and Phylis) she told me “ oh ok I thought you just coming to establish relationships with the practice! ” and then she added “you will just go see the doctor and if you have some health issues it will be a separate charge” WHAT? !

Don’t go there unless you want them to rip you off!
In addition the office looks very dark, dead and depressing. Wiered feeli inside, never had that in any doctors office.

Highly do not recommend. This office never discloses additional fees that may incur until months after the visit. Even for physicals. I called this office looking for an explanation to a bill and Daphne at the front desk constantly interrupted, told me I was done speaking, and hung up on me. Extremely unprofessional. I will never visit this office again

The entire office staff and medical staff is absolutely wonderful! I am thrilled to finally find a doctor and staff who doesn't treat you like a number. Dr ayoubi actually sits and talks with his patients. That is very rare these days. I am so glad I found them.

Dr. Ayoubi is an outstanding physician. He is professional and personable. He takes the time to explain everything and answer all questions.
He has an excellent staff. They are very friendly and courteous.
The wait time in the lobby and exam room is very short.
I highly recommend Dr. Ayoubi to anyone looking for a great, experienced and a Doctor who really cares.

He is the best PCP I have found in Orlando. Because of my extensive health history, I've been to numerous physicians throughout my life. I have found Dr. Ayoubi to be an excellent physician, very smart, caring and willing to spend the time with you. His medical team reflects his mission of excellence to his patients.
