Dr. Harris Rittenberg & Associates / Ortega Boulevard Dental, Jacksonville FL

The waiting room is clean and sanitized. The exam rooms also appear very clean. My concern is their attempt at familiarity with patients by negating the Surname and constantly referring to patient's by their Christian names. I find it less than professional and wonder if they would be able to obtain payment from insurance by using my Christian name, only. They have not asked my permission to address me in this "too familiar" way. This office is providing a service. This does not infer familiarity. Thank you.

I had an appointment for a teeth cleaning today. The staff was welcoming and the dental hygienist was very kind, clean, and professional.

The staff is top notch and thorough with everything and I loved it. I had a pleasant experience.

Dr. Rittenberg and his staff are World Class! I had to come in for a crown repair and Dr. Rittenberg took great care of me. And kudos to his assistant LaToya, she did a fine job with resealing my crown. I highly recommend coming here!

Went for a routine cleaning, left with a Crown. They were able to get me in for both and left with the permanent crown as well. Very clean & friendly staff!

In my experience with Dentists it's nerve wracking at best. But at Dr Rittenberg's office they make all the apprehension go away. Excellent staff and an excellent Dentist. I've just begun a long process to repair my long neglected teeth and I'm glad I found Dr Rittenberg. Have had my second visit and all is as promised.

My very first visit I was very impress with Dr. Rittenberg and his entire staff, they really answered all of my questions and made me feel quite comfortable something that I haven't experience in a long time. My second visit was yesterday Aug. 15th and friendliness and professionalism just got better. I still have a little ways to go to complete my overall Dental work but, I feel very confident it will be a Success. Stay tune for the finished product.

Dr. Rittenberg's staff is very kind and PRIOFRSSIONAL as is he. It is always uplifting to come for my appointments every 6 months.

My first visit today was a great one. Staff was cheerful and helpful, all good listeners. Really appreciate the modern equipment with low-volume x-rays and state-of-the-art voice command programs. Dr. Rittenberg was kind and very careful to explain all the steps and procedures, including costs. I am encouraging my wife to change to this practice.

I do NOT recommend Dr Rittenberg. His office staff is Incompetent and would not take care of our insurance. All it took was a phone call but instead they charged us the entire amount. Dr Rittenberg is unprofessional. He made a cruel joke making fun of one of his assistance when I was sitting in his chair. Dr Jones is good but I will never go back to that office again!
