Literally the worst doctors office I’ve ever been at. The doctor herself is fantastic. Her staff is absolutely terrible. No one ever calls back or gets back to you. I’ve called them numerous times and left messages yet no one seems it’s important to return calls and get back to their patients.

ATTENTION! If you are looking for a serious neurologist doctor, someone who is willing to help you THIS IS NOT THE PLACE TO GO!
This whole practice is a joke. They are vague and careless about your health.
I was in desperate search of a neurologist. I stumbled upon this location because it was near my home, when I arrived to my appointment I wasn’t seen until 1 hour later. When Dr. Wiley finally arrived I explain to her my condition and how I was in desperate need of help, she promised to help me, we came up with a plan that same day. She told me she would request for a professional to come to my home to do 3 day EEG that same week. 3 weeks later after receiving no calls, I called the office asking for an update, the front desk mentioned the doctor never signed the note to send the professionals. I politely asked her to remind her to sign them. 3 days later I called, still no signature I ended up calling 2 more times that same week even went over to the office myself and yet still no signature, this process took 1 month and I never got the help I needed. I’m so hurt and disappointed because I had faith she would help me.to think that all it took was for her to sign her notes to send for someone to help me after she promised and still didn’t do it is cruel and inhumane.thanks for nothing

Initial visit with Dr. Wiley was OK. Getting the prior authorization for (once a month) meds done since then has been impossible. Initial appointment was March 1. Called April 1 (31 days later) because refill was rejected, spoke to receptionist who said "The prior authorization person isn't in today. I will leave a note and she will check into it when she's back in. " Radio silence. Called my insurance company on April 16 (46 days later), but they hadn't received the prior authorization yet: meaning, Wiley's office had not submitted anything. Called office April 16 and left a detailed message about the prior authorization form. When I called April 19 (49 days later), I was put on hold for 23 minutes. Hung up and tried again, but got a busy signal (3 times). Called *again* and got an automation, which had never happened before, and it rerouted me to the front desk, but no one answered. So, needing to check the status of a simple prior authorization 49 days after my initial appointment, I *drove* to the office. The woman at the front went to check "whether she's filled out the form yet" (she, apparently, being the doctor, even though in my conversation on Apr 1 a "prior authorization person" was mentioned). Front desk person told me she had not filled out the form. When I asked if there was any timeline on when she might, she explained to me how prior authorizations work: "she fills out the form, then we send it to the insurance. Until she fills it out, we can't do anything. " When I asked again why it hadn't been done yet, she said, "I'm not sure. I can let her know you stopped by to ask about it and weren't happy. " At this point, I got visibly angry, because it strikes me as absurd that after everything I'd already told her (multiple calls, multiple messages, having to drive in) that she wasn't already going to inform whomever about what I had said. Her intonation and facial expressions (what I could see with her mask and face shield) made it clear that she didn't care a bit about the situation. I finally asked if there were any samples in the back since given how long it had taken thus far, it might be another two months before I got the medication. She looked, but they didn't have the right dosage (they did have my previous dosage, but she said she couldn't give me that one, even though I'd only had the smaller dose once). With no other options, I stormed out. The worst part? Nothing will change. Insurance limits the providers I can see. If I switch, I'll have to drive 10-15 miles, and it'll take *another* month or two before I can even get a new patient appointment. These reviews are the only recourse patients have, and even they are unlikely to change this substandard and loathsome client experience. I, honestly, would rather go to the DMV multiple times than have to go back to Wiley's office. Also, on an unrelated, but annoying and dumb note, they answer the phone "doctor's office. " Let people know they've called the right office. How would you feel if you called Ruth's Chris and they answered the phone "restaurant"? You might be somewhat annoyed and you might also think it isn't very professional or customer-friendly, and you'd be right! That's why restaurants (and most businesses) don't answer their phone "store".

*UPDATE* I had a follow up appointment Mon, May 3 where I explained all of the details above. Doctor didn't seem aware that I'd called in 30+ times over two months, but who knows. She did seem slightly apologetic and said she'd restart and submit the authorization and request previous neuro records, so I said OK. I called Monday, May 10 (7 days later) to check and nothing had been done. So, I had my insurance fax over the authorization form to them. I called Tues, May 11 and was told 1) the doctor wouldn't be in the office all week, 2) she remembered I'd called yesterday, and 3) I should just give it a few more days. I. Should. Give. It. A. Few. More. Days.after 70 days and two visits, I should be patient. The cherry on top: they hadn't requested previous med records back in March, then didn't again.

I had visit dr. Wiley before and she’s good but her staff team is very unorganized. They called me the day before my appointment to tell me they haven’t received a referral.

I have met the Dr. Hazel before and I liked her, but he staff is not very good quality. I had to bring my son for an appointment as I did not have childcare. When I asked on the phone it was not a problem but at the appointment it was. I canceled the appointment while standing in the office because even tho I like the Dr. I don’t want to deal with rude staff every time I come in.

You know what they say about FIRST IMPRESSIONS - I attempt to make an appt. For a new patient, it was a month away but that was ok. The woman places me on hold and about 4 minutes later I just hang up.

Amazing bedside manner. Anyone would be lucky to receive her care. Called me at home after appointment with my elderly father to explain appointment and exam. I couldn’t be more happy with her care. So thankful.

Dr. Wiley is such a great neurologist. She is kind, patient and she listens to your concerns. She also takes her time with you and explain her course of action in a way that you can understand without using alot of medical terms or jargon. I gave 3's due to her terrible staff. They are not helpful at all. If you need to get a message to Dr. Wiley it's damn near impossible and it takes several calls. Dr. Wiley need to get rid of her entire office staff as they are unprofessional which is the total opposite of the person Dr. Wiley is an awesome doctor, very knowledgeable with great beside manner.

Dr. Wiley and her staff go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and safe. From the moment you walk in the door you are greeted by kind smiles. Dr. Wiley listened to me ramble on and on. She listened, took in what I said and then responded. Her bed side manned was kind and very empathetic. If you find yourself in need of a neurologist, Dr. Wiley and her team are who you want on your side.

Dr. Wiley is amazing but the staff their is horrible, very unprofessional, they don't verify your insurance, they never call you back, they have you on hold forever or they just let the phone ring so they won't have to deal with you. If you want to be treated like you're a nobody then this would be the perfect company for you!

This was my first appointment with her. She was very professional, and very knowledgeable in her field. I really appreciate that in a physician. Staff was helpful and nice. I’d highly recommend her.

Once again, I'm very disappointed with the geriatric care here in South Florida doctor wily was referred to my mother by her primary care physician who is another piece of work. Our first visit with doctor wily went well she seemed very compassionate, but after a few more visits I'm really starting to question the ethics of this office. I had informed them that the medicine that they prescribe my mom for the migraine is no longer covered by her insurance. Last time my mom had the prescription filled she had to pay for it out of her pocket. I've called twice about this situation and both times it took 5 days of me calling them every day to get an answer. The office keeps telling me that they've given the doctor the message, but I'm extremely surprised that this doctor does not check her messages and have her office call in prescriptions that are really required for these patients that are suffering from this debilitating disease. This round I called last Friday and every day this week only to get the same message and another message taken that they'll give it to the doctor. More than 90% of the time when you call this office THE DON’T even answer the phone it just rings and rings and rings. Then you call and it's busy. You hang up and call back and it says the office is closed. This place is a total joke, and I really hope there's some of these businesses would start looking at the reviews and trying to prove their customer service not long ago we scheduled an appointment there which was verified and we showed up they have made a mistake. Like one of the other people that made a review he refused to see my mom and I had to reschedule an appointment with her although it was their fault. I work full time my mom does not have transportation and it's a big inconvenience for you to take time off only to find out that they made a mistake and they're not going to see you. The doctor ddidn’t come out to the front desk to apologize. I will be FINDING a different neurologist
