6The best Doctor in South Florida, he is caring and patient. His staff in all three offices are outstanding with their Customer Service.
Office is well organized and staff is courteous. So far all appts have been with the nurse practitioner. In the several months since becoming a patient, have never met Dr Fabregas.
Very neat place, on time appointment, complete and satisfactory visit. Great team of nurses and assistants as well. Caring staff. Recommend highly

I have been dealing with this provider for the past 8 months at the weston location and every time I call it is the worst. I'm either sent straight to voicemail or I'm put on hold without asking what I need prior to be putting on hold. I am a Certified Clinical Medical Assistant exactly the job that the people answer the phone are and I know that this is not proper phone etiquette especially in a doctor's office. I don't know how they're still open. I was just on hold for literally and half an hour only to hang up and call back to find out that they were out at lunch, somebody answered the call put me on hold, I did not get a check in, waiting for a half an hour to find out that they were out at lunch! Every time I need my prescription refilled it's at least a week I'm waiting and they're constantly telling me to call back to remind them to fill my prescription, literally calling them back to remind them to do their job. I never leave bad reviews because I understand jobs are hard as it is but this is ridiculous, ridiculous very very upsetting. On top of that I'm being billed a pretty large amount only to call my insurance providers and they do not find one single patient financial obligation on any of my appointments so I'm calling the billing manager and again no answer very very bad service. I will be changing my provider today.
