Dr. Casanova has been treating our kids since their first visits 12 and 10 years ago. Their office personnel manage appointments well, so that wait times are not ridiculous. The doctor has a great personality and always goes the extra mile to make the kids laugh and feel comfortable. I really love the energy.
He is available after hours in case of emergencies (a real person actually picks up the phone and you will be able to reach him immediately - this is unheard of in this industry)
I really like that I get a call back the next day to ask me how the kids are feeling. They actually care! Very grateful for Dr Casanova and staff.
