We recently signed up with Dr. Jack’s service due to the professionalism of Ryan when he did our lawn and bushes quote. Ryan did our first treatment today and we were very pleased with his service. He is an excellent employee.

Was having a problem with rodents in our walls and attic. Jim was able to identify where they were coming in and effectively and safely close off the areas. He took the safety of my animals into account. Great communication and fast work. Will recommend to anyone that has rodent issues

Dr. Jack's is the best pest control company in the greater Orlando area. I say this because two years ago, I paid several Google 5-star rated pest control companies but nobody solved the rat problem for me. Dr. Jack's took a very different approach (Jay at the time) that worked right away, so I called them again this time when I found a hole in the fascia chewed up by rodents. Jim came out hours after I called, fixed the problem, thoroughly inspected the entire roof, and even gave me advice on lawn care. I'm impressed not only by their innovative approaches that truly work, but also by the strong work ethics that run deep in this local family-owned business. I'm a customer for life and will use their lawn care service in the future as well. Thanks so much to Dr. Jack's!

This place is a ripoff!
Their products don’t work.
I had an issue with roaches and they come did the service but the problem still there.
When I asked for a refund the customer service agent was rude then transferred me to her manager which refused to give me my money back!
Go somewhere else don’t waste your money!

From the beginning they have become a better value, excellent service and my yard and shrubs have never looked so good. When there is an issue, they are right on to resolve.

They were very disappointing to work with - my yard looks worse now than when they started - and that's after asking for management to come look at it twice. They came out - looked - made a few comments - and then everything stayed the same. No longer a customer.

I recently hired your lawn care company, and our lawn has never looked better. Brian, your dedicated team member, has worked wonders on my lawn, bringing it back to life after a poor experience with another big name brand. I had a great experience on their service until I tried to cancel. One of the front desk girls I dealt with had the most condescending attitudes about me not calling in to cancel. The guy who came to service was amazing and the owner but moving fwd on all my properties and the neighborhood groups I’m in I won’t recommend. It does not cost money to be a kind person.

Been paying for weed control since 2019. Wound up with a backyard 1/2 full of weeds and they told me there was nothing they could about it because there were too many weeds. I had my lawn guy kill everything with roundup and re-sodded in 2021. A year and a half later, this is what my yard looks like:

Reeeally wanted to love them! Had them for two years and my yard, well, Please reference the photo for the reason for my review. Also I’m pretty sure we caught the guy sitting in his truck, didn’t get out, and left.

Changing review from 2 to 4 stars. Sprinkler phase was broken. However, the tech still never left his truck!

The termite inspections and control are the services we have used for the past 15 years. We have had no insidents with these pests so we're very happy.

We've been using Dr. Jacks for the last year now after switching over from another lawn care company. We are very happy. Nick and TC are both awesome. Every time they come out they're friendly, professional, on time, and most importantly they do exactly what they said they would do when we signed up. Our yard has never looked better.

We have been using Dr. Jack's for our lawn fertilizer service for almost a year without any issues. Our service provider, Craig, always lets us know when he's heading out and gives us a heads up as to any issues. Today, Craig went above and beyond his duties and alerted us to a significant water leak coming in from the main water line to our house. An issue that would have continued to cost us 100s if not 1000s of dollars. I am so grateful to Craig and Dr. Jack's for being so fantastic. A customer for like may have just been made. Thanks to Craig for everything so, so much.
