This was the worst place I went to. The service was awful. I felt very insignificant the whole time. Everyone was rude and the work didn’t even make up for it. 1/10, never recommend

Horrible experience, terrible attention. I do not recommend an appointment at 1: 00 pm and they only saw me after 3: 00 pm and no one had any idea about anything. Very badly.

I can say that knowing him gave me a lot of confidence. I found him on Google and made an appointment. Since you arrived at his office, the attending physicians are excellent with their service for patients, specifically Maria, and Dr. James explains everything and gives you follow-up after your surgery. I recommend it 100%, I loved my surgery, I hope I can have another one

Super Happy! I had surgery in April and Dr. Stern was one of my doctors. He was great he made sure to check in on me why I was in the hospital. He called me at home to make sure that everything was good. He explains everything to you before and lets you know what to expect and how he will do things. His staff was excellent. They are sweet and make you smile and comfortable. Making a follow up appointments was super easy no problems and when getting to the my appointment I didn't have to wait long. He love's and takes complete pride in what he does. Seeing you smile and happy with his work is what he aims for.

I went to see five doctors before I decided on Dr. James Stern and I am so glad that I did! He is an amazing plastic surgeon as well as a caring, patient and down to earth person. He explained everthing that I was about to go through and with everything, including the surgery, post surgery and follow up Dr Stern and his staff were wonderful. I also want to highlight his assistant Ana Maria, she went above and beyond and also made me feel like family there. I highly reccomend Dr. Stern and his crew.
