I was here not for myself but to translate, but when I got there I did not have to do it. One of their staff members speak pretty good Spanish.

The overall experience was great. We were taken care of fairly quick considering that the person that was seeking care was a new patient and the overall time spent there was about 1.5 hours. 20 minutes wait time and the remaining time being looked at by an MD.

I'm considering making them my ENT office!

Great service! Great bedside manner! My only choice! They even have Saturday hours of operation, which a lot of doctors don't really do so anymore.

This was 7 years ago but. He recommended a uvulectomy to fix my issue. Long story short it was a huge pain and had to be rescheduled at the last minute after planning, taking off work, etc.because of an oversight on his part. Then after having it done later and a week of pure painful hell recovering, it did absolutely nothing to fix the original problem. Not only that now I aspirate food almost once a day. Thanks doc.

Has been my ENT since 2011. Great doctor has awesome bed side manners. I have moved away. If I can't find another great ENT here in NC. I will travel back to Dr. Brink.

When I was 44 years old he did a complete job, adenoids, tonsils and Roto Rooter! I smell things that I never did! And the surgery saved me from wearing a mask when I sleep! So a big "Bravo Zulu" to Doctor Brink!

Nice office inside, staff very nice but wants 350.00 for first consultation for self pay. Too much I'm sorry.

Met with Danielle O'Neil, Director of Audiology on several occasions and purchased hearing aid. She is extremely competent, professional, responsive, and understanding. Appointments were timely and concise.
Highly recommend her services!

Jeff Brink is a top notch Ear, Nose, and Throat doctor. He understands the intricacies of this practice area and is very patient oriented. The office is well organized and efficient as well.

Staff is rude and uncaring, my appointment was for 10am, at 11am I asked how much longer before I would be seen. They said 20 more minutes, I left.

Busy at this location, but always happy employees that get the job done and know what they're doing.
