Don’t do it. The turnover is astounding, there is no communication when you need to make another appointment, they are not respondent to Rx’s that need to be filled and in the long time I was a patient I saw the Dr.once. There are better places to go.

The office is so disorganized and is run by totally incompetent people. I don’t normally write reviews but the office is just terrible and I wanted to save other people time and energy to avoid this office.

THE DOCTORS ARE GREAT BUT THE OFFICE STAFF IS AWFUL! No one knows what they are doing and you can never get an answer from anyone. Once you make an appointment they call back and cancel it and then when you ask why no one seems to know. I don't ever write a bad review about anyone or any business because I believe mistakes are normal but after numerous bad experiences I feel people need to be aware. It's very sad because I really do like the doctors but the office staff does not know what they are doing and are extremely rude and uncaring. I tried to stick it out because the doctors are great but having to deal with the office staff just was not worth the aggravation.

My doctor of 20 years retired and I had to find someone new. I wanted a woman osteopath and I found Dr. Widdows. The day before my first appointment I did notice some not so stellar reviews but definitely said to myself - people are so nasty down here I am going to be the judge for myself. My first appointment was in office with a PA. I found everyone from the front desk.to intake to.nurse.to PA to be warm and friendly and thorough. The wait time was normal - if you don't bring a book to a doctor's appointment that is your error. Yesterday I had a telehealth physical with Dr. Widdows and again was very pleased. Even though this is totally new for all of us they were very organized.shared exactly what I needed to do and called with reminders. It went very smoothly! I found Dr. Widdows to be knowledgeable and friendly. I know I don't remember everyone's names but Shana and Bianca have been excellent and I was very comfortable with Tehlia as my PA. I think in life if you look for the good you find the good! Sadly in Boynton Beach too many people are always looking for the bad! I would absolutely recommend this office - very grateful that I found them!

No one ever answers the phone and I have left repeated messages and no calls back.

I have been seeing Dr Widdows for almost 20 years and she still has some of her original staff, they are always professional and The communication is awesome I highly recommend them
