Terrible experience in this clinic. This doctor did not listen to my concerns and even though I had to pay for this visit entirely out of pocket (related to infertility, so insurance did not cover) he refused to do any of the labs I had asked for- which were all basic tests. Will not be returning and would not recommend to any of my friends.

Dr Berthe is Awesome, his medical team are excellent! Ms SHEIN is doing an outstanding job by demonstrating her ability and knowledge about medical Billing. I had no idea what my insurance will or wont cover she break it down for me with clear and concise details Thank you for that madam! Dr Berthe deliver my baby I had zero complications.

This man should not be delivering babies! I know of 2 other people who had terrible experiences with him. One was on the news and had to have her legs and arms amputated and another bc of the way Berthe pulled out her baby, her son had a crooked neck and had to go to physical therapy for years! He was nice in the office and very rude and nasty after I ended up in ICU with SEPSIS after he delivered my baby. If my mother didn’t keep harassing him to check my incision from the C-section he never would have checked and when he pushed down on it about a half gallon of fluid came out! It seems like every few years he moves from practice to practice when he does something wrong. Do your research ladies! He has been at the following practices that I know of: Dr Zafron, Dr Green and Dr Sasser.

I have been seeing Dr. Berthe for many years. He is trustworthy and considerate, and has a good bedside manner. Highly recommended!

ALL of the employees here are super sweet and professional. Dr. Berthé never makes me feel rushed or stupid for asking questions. He takes him time to explain everything and makes sure that I'm good.

I have been to this doctor three times
To replace an IUD
I had to call to follow up on my appointments and literally hunt then for a follow up.
I was finally seen and he asked the nurse in the front to schedule my appointment for a surgery. I am still waiting for that call and now ive spent co payments to not get any results or the uid removed or replaced.
I’m so disappointed but I believe it’s a staff that is not doing their job
