The service here is terrible! The doctor talked to me for less than 2 mins and seemed in a rush. He wanted to schedule 2 different test and chest xray. When the rep called me to schedule the test, I told her I wanted to schedule both for the same day so I didn't have to pay 2 copays of $175! She advised me that my insurance does not allowed them to bill 2 different test on the same day. I thought that sounded weird so I called my insurance company to verify. Even my insurance company said that didnt sound right. My insurance company also called the office just to make sure. She basically lied to me! There is no reason why I couldn't do the 2 test in 1 day to avoid paying 2 co pays which is also very high to begin with! I do not recommend this doctor! Stay far away!

Horrible experience, the most important thing for this office is your money! Dr.see me less than 2 minutes and charged me more money than they should. I have to call many times for my refund and still waiting.i wouldn't recommend it.

Rudest and most unprofessional staff I’ve ever encountered. I chose to select another provider due to unprofessionalism. Staff clerk Caroline needs a new profession not dealing with the public also office manager just as much.

Staff has no manners. Terrible service over the phone specially by Caroline who was desperate to hang up the phone every time a question was asked. I have dealt with Dr. Juan Carlos Rodriguez before and he's great. However, you're as good as your weakest link and your staff, Caroline, needs to be properly trained to handle patient concerns. Remember that you provide a service, we the patients are what gets you paid. There are hundreds of choices I can go to and your office should be proud that patients choose you. I ask you to please reconsider the way your staff interacts with your patients or with anyone for that matter.

I recommend this office the staff is very friendly and nice. Dr Cubas is very helpful and explains everything in detail.

Doctor Juan Carlos was extremely helpful explain in details of my health issue I will be going in again to do a test and hopefully we can get this resolved and breathe happily thank you.

I have only been to Dr. Rodriguez' office a couple times. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Dr. Rodriguez is a thorough and efficient with a smile on his face. I would recommend this office if you need a pulmonologist.

The office desk is very nice to make your appointment, but at that time to see the doctor, they said the insurance doesn't cover and what The really is that you make The full payment. The only thing that counts for this doctor it's money. Don't wast your time.

Dr Rodriguez is professional and caring. The office staff is friendly and efficient. I saw Dr R for the first time last year when I moved to Florida from out of state to review a CT scan of my lungs. He was listening to my problems and advised a repeat CT in 6 months. I just saw him in a follow-up and got a clean bill of health. I will highly recommend Dr Rodriguez to anyone that needs lung care. Thank you.

My husband needed a new CPAP machine for his Apnea, and after paying hundreds of dollars to Dr. Juan Carlos Rodriguez (and no doubt paying his monthly car payment), and waiting weeks for the new machine, it finally came and the settings were all wrong, with regards to the air pressure. We compared it to my husband's previous machine, and we were right, the pressure on the new machine was wrong. I called the office to report it, and I was told that it was not wrong, according to the test results. I explained what we'd done, and that my husband had not slept in four days, and all we got was that we had to come in again and pay yet again just to explain it to the doc in person. This doc used to be efficient and caring. His staff used to be friendly and helpful. Now, it seems he's hired from the pool of inexperienced know-nothings. Hell, the first girl who took his blood pressure came out with a reading that was literally impossible and yet she insisted it was right. The second girl who came in to recheck it got the right reading. As for the doc himself, he has become a cold, money hungry, generic doctor. He should care that because of either his office's mistake or SOMEONE'S, my husband has not slept in four days and has had to resort to using his old machine. And this is what we paid hundreds of dollars for? ! These people have become thieves who care nothing for the patients who've put their trust and health in their hands. I can guarantee that that office will NEVER see us again. It's abhorrent what they've become. Anyone who values their health and their money, DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR.

Horrible experience, extremely arrogant dr. If he is indeed a dr. The only positive was the rest of the staff. I think he is only interested in pushing treatments, not in listening to the patient.

1 I will not be surprised good revues are made by his very $ oriented office manager and friends 2 Did not examine CT of my lungs with complex issues, appointment was a joke 3 Office shares phone line with The spa salon and its not a joke, press option # 4.4 To save money they also have no liability insurance! Be aware!

Good Doctor, very nice staff. But what they charge to see the doctor is ridiculous! I HOPE the staff are getting paid a good salary.
