5A very kind and humane doctor, something difficult to find in Florida! He answered all my questions.he was attentive to me before, during and after my operation.
Outstanding doctor. Explained everything in a manner that was easy to understand. Very knowledgeable and courteous. Was very patient with any questions. Just an overall great doctor.
I was scheduled for a cystoscope at the office my appointment was for 8: 30am I was prep and placed ready on the table by 8: 47 but no one came in the room after and I waited until 9: 30am at that time I got up from the table got dressed and walked out of the office it is very disrespectful to have someone placed on a table to have a procedure for 45 minutes in a very uncomfortable position without anyone explaining why or advise of why the delay such an uncomfortable and embarrassing moment what a waste of my time and unprofessional staff even tho the Dr called me to apologize.
It is the best thing that could have happened to us to find Dr. Cedeño, he is a great professional, he is very well prepared, he explains everything so that you understand it, he performed an intervention on my husband and it was a success. At 9: 30 pm he finished the last surgery.today and came to the room to see my husband who operated on him today is the third time that day that he visits him! Thank you Dr Cedeno
I give this score to the office in general, I didn't get to see the DR so I can't rate him. I had 3PM appointment and it was 4: 02PM and I was still waiting. I lady came in at that time and was told her appointment was for 3: 30PM and she will have to reschedule. That's when I got up and made my voice heard. I said you are turning her away because she was late to her 3: 30 appointment. Heck my appointment was for 3pm and it's 4 and I'm still waiting, so there was no way she was going to be seen at 3: 30 so she in reality is not late. And further more This other lady had an appointment with the same DR at the same time 3PM as me. What were they going to put us in the same room and attend to both of us at the same time. Ridiculous I chose this Dr.because of the location but it didn't work for me. Looking for another office.
